The staff was excellent as we have become to know from our many visits with our three Pomeranians (Gia, Annabelle & Braulio). Haley at the front desk was very welcoming and brought Gia & I back to a room where we waited only about 45-60 Seconds and Courtney, the Nurse, took some information from me and gently took Gia from my arms and brought her out back where Dr. Agent did an initial exam of Gia. Dr. Agent was very kind in explaining in easy to understand detail what was goi g on with Gia. She showed me the X-rays taken of Gia and as we initially suspected, she has a collapsing trachea issue along with a tough of bronchitis. Hopefully, the medications help her and by keeping her calm and minimal activity for a while. I must say that my wife and I have always had the best of experiences with Blue Pearl on Market St. Naples and have referred others here! I love my dog. She gives meaning to my life and makes my house a home. My Italian Greyhound needed luxating patella surgery. Shawn at the front desk was instrumental in scheduling. And the entire Blue Pearl staff was caring and professional. I am very grateful that Dr. Marc Havig was the surgeon. My dog can walk again.

Everyone was so kind and compassionate with our furry baby Chanel. The doctors are patient and very caring. During our time at the facility (extremely clean), everyone was there to listen and made us feel comfortable. We thank all of you!!!

Unfortunately, our beloved dog passed away in our home tonight. I called, and they were very compassionate in receiving him and allowed us extra time with him while saying goodbye. The tech even raced out while we were leaving with his nose and paw prints for our family to take home with us. Having that little momento with us was very meaningful. Thank you for your compassion.
