I brought my 8 year old Chi in that had basically become paralyzed overnight. 2 other vets told me to put her down. Dr. Potts ran tests found the problem, arthritis. Came up with a tx plan. Said she might not be able to get her back to full walking May need a walker but we would try. We treated and she turned us on to an acupuncture vet. It's been almost 2 years my baby is still here running and playing. She is amazing. My whole family uses her now.

Super kind and friendly staff. They were very competent and knowledgeable with my dogs, even with my anxious one. You can tell they do their job extremely well. Also it was very fair pricing for everything. Glad I chose them!

The staff are kind at every touch. The Veterinarian is down to earth, easy to talk to and very willing to listen! She engaged in open discussions on pros and cons of our dogs care. Delivered difficult news with kindness and compassion while offering solutions for treatment. I highly recommend. After visiting 2 other local vet offices, we have finally found the caregiver for our pet family.

Do not use this Animal Hospital... I sent my dearest companion of 15 years to be cremated so I could have the ashes in remembrance. I called several times and then the vet calls me back sure I'm going to get a refund but I would like my companions ashes. I am devastated and sickened You lost my beloved dog's ashes. How dare you!?!?!

***I never have put I trigger warning on anything but this review details PET-LOSS and the whole process in detail*** Absolutely the best bet I’ve ever been to and my first time there was to put my dog Liza down sadly. They have a room set aside for just that use, they give you as much time with your fur baby as you need as well. You pay in the room after they explain everything and go over all of your options, including urns if you want one. They explained everything in great detail from the shots to what would happen with each one. They warned us on the second one that our little fur baby might have “spasms” even after she was gone. While hard to witness it was extremely helpful having those warnings and an educated staff to guide us through the whole process. Again after everything was over they let you stay in the room for as long as you leave and you just walk out. When I went to pick her up she was in a beautiful labeled bag with a card, and the urn we had picked out. A week or two later (due to the holidays.) we received an extremely thoughtful card with nose and foot prints from my fur baby, the card was signed by all the staff and along with that was a little card that had a heart you could shred that would grow into flowers. I didn’t even expect the card or the prints but they loyal patients for life now in our two cats and I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a vet.
