Dr. Harris was wonderful! I took my dog in for an emergency visit, and despite being a walk-in, the wait time was surprisingly short. My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis and had to stay overnight. Dr. Harris took excellent care of her, and when we picked her up the next day, she was so much better—happy and clearly well cared for. I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by Dr. Harris and the staff!

After having a horrible experience and unnecessary tests I decided to try this animal hospital for my husky and from calling and making an appointment for the same day to speaking with the doctor everything was fantastic. They didn’t push tests after tests they let us know what needed to be done and the price was definitely reasonable. They even trimmed my babies nails at no extra charge. After leaving him in the car of a sitter and coming home from a small vacation to notice my babies ear full of blood and swollen I was frantic. The doctor and tech who took care of my baby eased my worries and took great care of him. Will definitely continue to bring my Motivate and sister Athena here going forward. We love Blue Diamond Animal Hospital. We've been bring our pets here for roughly 10yrs now and never have had a bad experience. The staff are wonderful and the walk in shots without an appointment make it super easy to get shots done on a tight schedule. Highly recommend this veteran office.

Wonderful service! Spotless facility! I walked in this morning with no appointment for my 4 month old puppy and the reception took me in with a welcoming smile. Kind staff, very informative, and patient with explaining the best and most cost effective solutions for my pup! Will definitely be back for my other pets's care!

My pup needed extensive dental work done. He is older so that was a big concern of mine putting him under anesthesia. Dr Carolina and Beverly were AMAZING! They were so accommodating, helpful, and caring the whole way. I gave them my baby with such confidence that he was in great hands. They treated my little guy like he was their own. He’s now home post surgery doing so well and healing amazing! I will forever bring my pups to these two!

Our baby had an ear infection. They were great! She came home with the cone of shame, and of course, she could not get around good, so we made one for her! She is all healed now and happy!

I am extremely disappointed with the care and communication at Blue Diamond Animal Hospital. Our husky walked in on her own, and we suspected she had eaten something she shouldn’t have. They decided to keep her overnight for observation, but just two hours later, we received a call that she was unconscious. To this day, we are still confused and heartbroken about how she went from walking in to being unresponsive. After her passing, they called us to discuss cremation options, and we selected one. At no point did they inform us that we needed to pay over the phone. They told us her remains would be ready for pick-up the following Friday. When I arrived that Friday, I was devastated to learn that she had been "forgotten" and never sent for cremation because there was an unpaid balance something they failed to notify us about all week. When I asked why they didn’t call to collect the balance, the front desk simply told me she was "just forgotten," which is an absolutely horrible thing to say to a grieving pet owner. The only positive from this experience was that they used West Coast Cremation, which was incredible. We received a beautiful and thoughtful package from them, but unfortunately, the experience leading up to it was completely unacceptable. I would not trust Blue Diamond Animal Hospital with another pet.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This vet is horrible. I brought my dog in because he was puking and not eating. They gave him blood test on Monday. They said they would have the results the next day. Everyday I called they said the results were hanging on the wall waiting for the doctor to review, even though my dog was suffering. They finally got back to me on FRIDAY and said they needed to redo the test because it has been so long and felt the need to charge me for that even though the previous results were just hanging there while my dog got more ill. The next day my poor baby had to be put down because of the lack of care of this vet. Don’t go here. They just want your money. This is not a good place.
