First and foremost, Id like to thank Dr. Rayl for taking such good care of my pets. Dr. Rayl has demonstrated exemplary professionalism and knowledge during my visits with him. He is very; clear, consise, and straight to the point when discussing any issues that my pet is having, while also providing clear approaches on possible solutions to help alleviate any of the said issues. I've taken two of my guinea pigs in so far. One of my little piggies had an absess in the back of his teeth, causing his right eye popping out of the socket. Dr. Rayl took a look at him and instantly recognized the problem and gave us the recommended treatment plan, while also working with us on the payment plan. Our little piggy is still a strong and healthy little trooper. Our second one was also given the proper treatment, however, he was older and had and extra toe leading us to believe that he could of been suffering another genetic abnormality (he was a pet store purchase) . He unfortunately did not make it to the next check up. We notified Dr. Rayl, and we had received a very heartfelt letter some time later. Thank you Dr. Rayl for everything you have done! Also thank you to the vet tech, Kaitlyn (sorry if I misspelled your name) for providing great care to Odie!

Apr 03, 2025 · Jericho GuzmanI cannot recommend Dr. Curl and her fantastic team, including technicians Juliette and Miranda, enough! After trying several vets in atx that didn't meet our expectations, we were thrilled to find this exceptional practice. The drive from South Austin to Cedar Park is absolutely worth it for the top-notch care they provide. Dr. Curl takes the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cares for our three pups, even having delivered one of their litters. Every staff member we’ve encountered, from the front desk to the technicians, has been consistently amazing, making every visit a positive experience. If you’re looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian, look no further!
Mar 22, 2025 · odette marinMy Pom Kuykuy had a non-traumatic experience on her 1st Vet visit here. Janelle made sure that she's gonna get checked well and put her on schedule for her next visit at my own convenience. She's very warm and gentle with my Kuykuy while Dr Rayl was so careful and nice. I was very anxious about my pom, but everything went fine. Whew! Thank you very much, Janelle and Dr Rayl. See you again on Kuykuy's next visit. I appreciate you both.
Mar 29, 2025 · Kat DanielThis place is amazing! (I am one of those people who is always skeptical of leaving my pets with someone). But, it makes me so happy that we can trust this place with our dog’s needs, whether it be medical or boarding. My dog recently had to have an emergency procedure at blockhouse and stay there overnight a few days. The whole time we were kept thoroughly updated and the staff were all so sweet and loving to my dog. They treated her like she was their own pup and nursed her back to health. This is definitely our go to place for when we need to board or need to see a vet. They absolutely set the standard. Highly recommend!
Nov 29, 2024 · k lzMy had a fall, followed by a seizure. I took her to ER which she was diagnosed with TBI and put on anti-seizure medication. I don’t have a vet in the area since we recently moved here so I called Block House Creek Animal Hospital to get her in for a check-up. The Med Tech and Vet Dr were very caring, sweet and supportive since my dog does have high anxiety issues. As we were leaving that stated they were running special where your first visit is free… and when they mean free it was $0 FREE! I will definitely be going back due to the great hospitality and patience that they had, thank you BHCAH. *Photo of my baby.
