Fantastic customer service and the employees seem to legitimately care about my cat, which is wonderful. It is a breath of fresh air on how easy it is working with them to get my cat's medicine. Thank you! Also, the flavoring suggestion was spot on- my cat hides when I try to give the unflavored meds to her, but with the recommendation of tuna flavoring from your lab, the cat is far less unwilling to have it and seems more relaxed when taking it.

Blend Labs is superior to all other labs. I was contacted immediately (within 5 minutes after speaking to my vet) by Blend Labs regarding an order of anxiety meds for my cat. They took care of everything within a few minutes and it was a very positive experience. My order was delivered the next day and was in excellent condition. Most importantly, the staff at Blend Labs are genuine and they truly care about each customer and their pets. They were very eager to see pics of my cat and that was such a nice gesture! 5 stars!

The caring, compassionate staff at Blend Labs was super helpful in assisting us with medication for our newly adopted dog, Carson. They were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what we needed and the best way to get it to us. Shipping the medication was seamless and they even keep track of his prescription and follow up when it’s time to order more. I highly recommend!
