The doctor takes her time discussing with you and was very kind in helping me make decisions for my dogs. I appreciate that she didn’t try to oversell treatment. First come first serve and it gets busy so expect to wait.

Welcome to Bishop Animal Hospital

Welcome to Bishop Animal Hospital, a Pet Hospital located at 141 George Bates Rd, Benton, TN 37307, USA. At Bishop Animal Hospital, our aim is to provide quality veterinary care to the pets of Benton and the surrounding communities. We understand that your pets are important members of your family, and we strive to offer a supportive and informative environment for their healthcare needs. You can contact us at (423) 338-5077 or +1 423-338-5077 to learn more about our services and policies.

Based on feedback from pet owners, Bishop Animal Hospital is characterized by a doctor who is appreciated for taking the time to discuss concerns thoroughly with clients. This personalized approach allows for a better understanding of your pet's health issues and ensures that you are well-informed about treatment options. Clients have noted the doctor's kindness in helping them make decisions regarding their dogs' care, which fosters a sense of trust and collaboration in the veterinary process.

A significant feature highlighted in the отзывs is the doctor's ethical approach to treatment recommendations. One client specifically appreciated that the doctor did not attempt to "oversell treatment," suggesting a focus on necessary and appropriate care rather than pushing for unnecessary procedures. This can be a reassuring aspect for pet owners who value honest and trustworthy advice regarding their animal's health.

It is important for prospective clients to be aware of the operational policy of Bishop Animal Hospital, which is described as "first come first serve." This means that appointments are not necessarily scheduled in advance, and clients are seen based on their arrival at the clinic. The отзывs indicate that the hospital can get busy, and as a result, clients should expect to potentially experience wait times. Planning your visit accordingly, especially for routine care, may be advisable.

One client shared an experience where they arrived an hour before closing but were unable to have their two dogs seen for their annual visit because the hospital had already reached its capacity for the day. They were informed of a 3:00 PM cut-off time for same-day appointments. This отзыв highlights a potential limitation for pet owners with schedules that make it difficult to arrive early in the day. It suggests that while the care provided may be valued, the first-come, first-served system and potential limitations on same-day appointments, especially later in the day, are important factors for local users to consider.

The отзыв also expresses frustration and concern that this policy might disproportionately affect "common pets" whose owners have typical work schedules. The client speculated that the hospital might be prioritizing certain types of cases or clients, although this is not explicitly stated or confirmed. This perspective underscores the importance for potential clients to understand the hospital's operational procedures and whether they align with their needs and schedules.

While the отзывs provide insights into the doctor's approach and the hospital's scheduling policy, specific details about the environment and the full range of services offered at Bishop Animal Hospital are not included. As a Pet Hospital, it is reasonable to assume that Bishop Animal Hospital provides essential veterinary services such as wellness exams, vaccinations, and treatment for common illnesses and injuries. However, without further information, the availability of specialized services like surgery, advanced diagnostics (e.g., digital X-rays, ultrasound), or dental care cannot be confirmed.

Given the отзыв mentioning the doctor taking time to discuss and the first-come, first-served nature of the appointments, the environment might be one where the focus is on individual attention, but potentially with a bustling waiting area due to the walk-in system. The отзыв does not provide details about the clinic's physical space or amenities.

Similarly, there is no promotional information available in the provided text. Local users would need to contact Bishop Animal Hospital directly to inquire about any special offers, wellness plans, or specific pricing for services.

In conclusion, Bishop Animal Hospital in Benton, TN, appears to be a Pet Hospital where clients appreciate the doctor's kind and thorough approach to discussing their pets' health and her reluctance to recommend unnecessary treatments. However, it operates on a first-come, first-served basis, which can lead to busy periods and potential limitations on same-day appointments, particularly for those arriving later in the day. Local users should be aware of this policy and consider whether it aligns with their scheduling needs. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the services offered, the clinic environment, and any potential promotions, direct contact with Bishop Animal Hospital is recommended.

I got to Bishop Animal Hospital an hour before they closed. They could not see my two dogs for their annual visit because they already had enough clients for the day they said. They said unless I get them there by 3 o’clock I can’t have them seen. I get off work at 2:30 then have to drive home and bring them there. I cannot get them there by 3 o’clock. I don’t know anyone who could these people are going to lose so much business it’s unreal. I guess they’re just catering to the bear, hunters and people who have surgeries to deal with because they don’t care about common pets.

Their voice-mail still say that they offer a late night (until 8pm) service. It has been that way for over a year without change and they are aware of it. It is difficult to get an answer when you call, always goes to voi email. Even though they are a walk in/no appointment clinic and always had a cut off time of 4pm, they recently cut off at 3pm, leaving people who had made arrangements to be there to be seen without care.

I like the Vet, had my Border Collie (Maggie) there with a torn ACL. He explained in detail all options and possible complications. She is 16 years old, and surgery may not heal. Anyway we were sent home with an anti inflammatory and come back in a month to discuss further action after the swelling goes down. As I said, I like the Vet. I will definitely bring her back and also my other two dogs when needed.

Super amazing place. My grandma recommended after a very scary situation with my puppy. Emergency vet in Chattanooga wanted a fortune didn't help at all was only looking for money to be pulled out of our wallet. Made it through the night came here first thing this morning after a very questionable night and received real answers, treatment, medication and real COMPASSION in a short amount of time with no appointment needed. Super affordable. Helped us the best they could financially once we explain the emergency vet visit.
