Big Thicket Veterinary Clinic- New Caney

Superb service by caring staff. My dog got out the night before and was seemingly hit. When I was notified, I rushed home from work, calling vets who can see my baby ASAP. Big Thicket was the only place with availability. They were super friendly on the phone, had a gurney waiting for her when we arrived, conducted a more than thorough exam, prescribed medication, and overall, just great service. Also found out she had an ear infection and they showed us how to properly care for it.

The entire staff was very understanding and caring throughout our entire visit. The veterinarian was very thorough on the check up with our senior dog. We even received a follow up call to check on him! I'm very impressed with the overall visit, the staff, the tech and the veterinarian and the prescriptions that were prescribed. Price ws very reasonable as well. This is definitely our permanent vet for our dogs!

The vet is great. I had to put two dogs down . My leopard attacked my puppy, which was a poodle. Just 6 months old. Office employees were great to get us in for an appointment. So, the last dog at home, Jaydan, is their patient.

Everyone here was so kind. They were pretty busy but made sure to be very thorough with our dog.

We are more than impressed with Big Thicket Veterinary Clinic in New Caney. Our first experience was with our one year old boy cat who had blisters on his face and our regular vet couldn't see him for 2 weeks! Big Thicket got him in same day!!! Now both our boys go there and just had their yearly and shots. We LOVE Samantha Priestle (VET) and Savannah was our main tech, she and her co-workers we also amazing! They treated our boys like princes and even put adorable boy ties on them! It feels like we are treated like family! Cannot say enough good things, thank you! Now we will be bringing our dogs too!
