So thankful to Best Pet RX! When my budgie was critically ill and needed a rather niche medication, they were the only pharmacy that could have it ready guaranteed within a few days. And since they're a dedicated pet pharmacy, they were also able to make it apple-flavored which was better tolerated than his other bubblegum-flavored med. The medication also came with syringes which were narrower and much better suited for dispensing meds to tiny birds than the ones we’d received from the vet. Customer service over the phone was also great. Thanks again

I highly recommend this pharmacy. Allen the pharmacist likely saved my dogs life when he caught a prescriber error on the dosage of my dogs chemo meds. He worked with the vet staff to get the correct medication to me . It even arrived on a Saturday. The staff is very kind , helpful and are always available to answer questions. .

The most amazing pharmacy team is at BestPet Rx SOUTH! $171 dollars for 90ct 25mg gabapentin when TOS sent it through them, costs me $86 dollars through the nearby animal clinic Edit to Response: these are not customized or anything special, these were generic, uncoated regular capsules. When I spoke to the person on the phone to pay, nothing was mention about customizing or formulating, and forgive me for not knowing at the time for not knowing how outrageously more expensive this service is after learning my cat has inoperable breast cancer. Edit to 2nd Response:You call when I am at work unable to answer, and do not leave a message. Yes, $171 for these generic capsules I can get nearly 100dollars cheaper anywhere else. I asked if there was an additional charge for same-day (I have never not been able to get a prescription same day filled) and there wasn't so it was unavoidably added to the $100 over charge. The point stands, you make people pay for premium "customization" even when there are none, and have the delivery included in the up-charge.
