Best Care Animal Hospital Matthews & Charlotte

We took our puppy Jax to Best Care Animal hospital. Hannah took care of us and she was so loving to our puppy and also our other dog Gracie. She is always so excited to see us when we come in for a visit. Also … we took our older dog who was at the end of life and the staff was so caring and loving. Helped us to get through a very difficult time. Always very easy to get Appointments!! Our doggies love going to Best Care!!! 🐶💙

I have taken my 4 dogs to see them. The best care you can find locally. The staff is amazing and caring, starting with Hannah, she is a superstar 💫 I also want to mention and give special thanks to Dr. Martin and Dr Seyyed. They performed surgery on my Suzi last minute on a friday night, and thankfully she is now resting at home. Highly recommend 💕 All my dogs had have some minor surgeries with them and prices have been affordable, now my pups get to rock their watermelon collar. 🍉

Love them. They saved my cats life when she had an emergency and now she’s happy and healthy. I’ll always take my cats here.

Updated as of 6/3/2020: We recently took our Pixel Maltipoo girl to see Dr Kolli, for concerns on her gaining weight since our lock-down. We were so relieved to find out Dr Kolli was doing responsible curb-side pet appointments only. To our surprise, he told us that our Pixel and Sire Hastag, aka "Brad Pit" were expecting 4 Puppies!!!! All four puppies were born healthy and vibrant on May 24th, 2020, and we're making their first Wellness visits for them with our favorite family Vet, Dr Kolli and his wonderful and caring staff. Pictures of Dr Kolli's newborn patients attached below. Dr Kolli and his entire staff are the very best!!! You walk in and see their facility is kept immaculate, the staff is ever so warm, knowledgeable and friendly. They've been seeing our puppy "Hashtag" from the very beginning. Dr. Kolli, is so compassionate, considerate, never pushes any unnecessary products or procedures and always calls to follow up after certain visits to see if we have any additional questions or concerns. Last month we had to go to New York, and boarded "Hashtag" at Best Care Animal Hospital. We felt so at ease knowing that Dr Kolli would be on site along with his awesome and so caring staff! Hashtag was walked, fed regularly, loved and so well taken cared of!!! We even had one of their on site groomers, "Katarina" give "Hashtag" his first cut, and WOW he came out such a handsome pup! I also love the fact they are open until 8pm, this really accommodates our busy full time schedules and their rates are so reasonable. We thought we had a serious issue with our Australian Shepard puppy. We had a 3 hour wait at the closest emergency clinic so we got shunted to this Hospital. It was past 9pm Sunday and they were busy with other cases. Considering the work load they were extremely efficient and fast with diagnosing the potential problem. The night shift assistant and Doctor were outstanding. I didn’t get their names but both were women and the date was 7/16/23. We went back today and thank god our pup is ok.
