Belleview Animal Clinic

I wish I’d known about this clinic sooner! My first experience was two days ago, November 19th My dog had a spinal stroke was blind and paralyzed for a short while , was in the hospital for 2 days and since then has some pretty significant fear regarding vets and hospitals and this place not only was is he comfortable but which blew me the F away and I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. Dr. Tam and Jaycin were fantastic

I called with a need for a last minute appointment and a am so grateful they had an opening! I had a wonderful experience as both individuals were awesome with my kitty. They took great care and attention and kept my little one (and me) calm throughout the appointment. I will be returning with any further pet care needs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Imagine being a practice that is centralized around caring for animals and having no empathy or compassion for the loss of someone’s pet. I had an appointment with Dr. Mike and a week prior I unfortunately lost my sweet boy. I don’t expect anyone to lift me up during this time as heartbreaking as it is, but if I’m sending an email to a practice that is supposed to love and care for animals as much as we do our own, then I would at least expect a response. I sent an email letting them know that I no longer need the appointment because unfortunately, I lost my dog. All I got was an automated text message saying my appointment was canceled not even a response from any of the team members at this facility. Not even a “sorry for your loss.” When we as humans are going through the loss and suffering of our animals it’s super important to have medical professionals that actually do care. This one is not one of those places. Showing compassion is breadcrumbs when you are in a career that is involving animals. I would not recommend this vet clinic.

This clinic has no passion or sympathy for pet owners or pets who are going through a devastating loss. Our ferret passed on unexpectedly. We wanted our pet's ashes back!My partner was not in the right state of mind, and he felt so pressured to make the choice there and now. How dare the staff not show compassion. My partner felt like all they wanted was the money and for him to get out of the office. Why did not one person ask if there was someone else they could call to make the arrangements?! The heartache that we have to live with now because of this clinic. No communication! Just pay and get out the door. I will never come back to this place! If this place had any remorse, they would call us back and apologize. My ferret did not deserve this kind of treatment and nor do we.

We were really impressed with the clinic! Everything was well organized, and the check-in process was super smooth. It made a big difference for our dog, who can be reactive to certain male dogs or those that bark at him. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and informative. Dr. Mike took time addressing all our concerns, reassured us, and shared some great holistic tips for our dog. With his assistant's help, they made our dog feel  comfortable, so he relaxed without getting stressed. Overall, we're really happy with visit. We finally found a great vet for our dog!
