I take my Chihuahua dog, Cheech to this clinic & this professional staff have practically become part of our family. My dog used to be terrified to go to previous veterinary clinics. Since the first visit, straight out of the gate..my dog LOVES going to the office to see his friends. Cindy is my dogs main squeeze! 馃槈馃┑ And she is wonderful with him. My dog enjoys every minute he鈥檚 there. He knows he鈥檚 going to get his favorite (high quality) treats too & oh does he remember every time! And they spoil their patients with love as well, but they are very professional, personable, honest, knowledgeable & compassionate humans. I will never take my dog anywhere else! Top of the line service!

After several trips to another vet clinic, I decided to get another opinion on my cat鈥檚 condition. It took one visit to get answers and a proper treatment plan. Shortly after our first visit, my cat came down with pancreatitis and I thought it was the end for him. Thankfully Bell again got us answers and put him on the track to being well again. I truly appreciate their sense of care for their patients.

The staff and Dr. Were very caring, polite, compassionate and professional. I have been there twice with 2 different families that had to put their family fur babies to rest. Thank you for the for the best care under the circumstances.

I went to Bell Vet a few weeks ago b/c my 8mth old kitty was having loose watery stool. She was clearly sick so sending away her stool is great but if the Vet really cared he would have done blood work just to make sure everything was okay and there was nothing more going on. Diarrhea can also cause electrolytes to be off, so why not do more??! Stool came back and said she had Giardia. Then I was told to check her stool 2 weeks later. Meanwhile she had much worse underlying conditions that could have been caught if he would have done blood work. My cat ended up having coronavirus that mutated quickly to FIP. If blood was taken the day I went in her levels would have shown that they were off and we could have came up with a plan to help her. Not settle on Giardia and hope for the best. Needless to say her symptoms proceeded quickly b/c it wasn鈥檛 caught in time and now we lost our baby b/c she started having seizures, 6 in one day to be exact and her body was shutting down. Our normal vet we go to also let us down. My baby would still be alive today if extra measures were taken. I will never return to this Vet again. If you don鈥檛 care about what you do then don鈥檛 be in this profession. These are our babies who we care deeply about. My heart is broken b/c Veterinarians didn鈥檛 check my poor babygirl thoroughly. Anytime an animal is sick the first thing you check is their blood. Should be common sense. It鈥檚 better to be more cautious than not at all. Hopefully moving forward you will be more thorough so other fur baby parents don鈥檛 have to go through what we did. My sweet baby didn鈥檛 deserve this. R.I.P our sweet angel.馃槶馃挃

I'd give this place no stars if I could. Whatever you do, DO NOT SEE DR AJ. He spayed my dog at a previous vet and missed some tissue causing her to go into heat 2x in 4 months before I was able to get her in with a better vet to have the spay finished properly. Which, by the way, required an incision 3x as big as the initial. My dog is a lifeless zombie from all the meds, polar opposite of her normal, highly energetic self. Between the first spay and now, AJ would barely respond when seeking help regarding issues my dogs were having. I was shocked when i found out the reason being that he had just up and left without notice. AJ cared for our late dog years ago in her final days at a vet on the far side of town. It was a tough situation as she was very young. He did a great job comforting her. When our next dog came along, we only saw him. When he moved, we followed him. Unfortunately, the once stellar care we received faded to barely adequate care. I don't know what AJ has going on in his life, but I will say this: if you value your pet's life and wellbeing, stay FAR FAR away from this hack of a quack. AJ, I hope you don't hurt other dogs like you have hurt ours. You knew the terrible time we had with the passing of our first dog. This issue you cause feels all too familiar. Especially with it being around the same time frame as our first dog who passed. When the manager of this vet was notified of our experience in the past with him, they became very rude and even hung up mid conversation. They were contacted just to inform them as a precaution so other animals do not suffer the same fate ours did. They demanded to know which vet this happened at and got VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when that information was kept confidential. The manager then asked "Do you even know AJ?" And hung up before they could be informed of our dog's issue. TLDR; IF YOU WANT A VET THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS AND JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY, TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE. ONCE YOUR HERE, REQUEST AJ TO GUARANTEE A BOTCHED PROCEDURE. THAT WAY YOU CAN SPEND SERIOUS $$$$ TO WATCH YOUR PET SUFFER FROM THIS HACK. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS AND LOVE THEM WHOLE HEARTEDLY, SEEK CARE FROM LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE.
