I took the love of my life, my heart, my sweet babygirl my best friend for 14 years to have them remove a softball size cyst on her back leg it had burst open the morning of her appt. Those beautiful eyes looked at me when she realized blood and clots were everywhere and I gave her the look that it was ok you can do anything to our linen, the car because you are my world and I won't be able to function without you so let's hurry. This beautiful girl never complained damn she was a trooper...ok, I need to take a break...I told everyone I spoke with you said local and if it's not local we're not doing this she's to old and to big. I tell my baby they are going to take that thing off, and we are going home when it heals. we're back at the lake. She could swim for hours. The next time I see my sweet babygirl she's dead laid out on the floor her precious eyes were gray dead and a wooden clothes pen attached to her tongue. She went into cardiac arrest and I died with her that day. I don't understand she had lost all the things inside her cyst I thought they would clean her up and close it and all would be over. She was smiling when I left and I was not the last face she saw when she left this world. We were always together and after a couple months I went back to Bedrock hoping to explain to all of them involved to please have more compassion even let the parents be in there. I was given a woman I'd never met couldn't see the Dr and all she wanted was to tell me to see someone for my grieving. How about this...you shouldn't have put her under! My life will never be the same and I'm lost and I feel like I paid them to kill her. I ask if I had to pay the balance of the 3500.00 and of course I didn't however they should have paid me my money back because the way this was handled my heart would force me to if I were them. COMPASSION. I have so many telling me to sue them and I just don't know what to do I know it won't bring my sweet babygirl back. Yall pray for me please.

Dr. Batchelor operated on a cancerous mass on my dogs head. The margins were shitty and she still managed to completely excise the mass!!! Amazed by the staff here. Very thankful for saving my baby!!

Our 9 year old chocolate lab, Molly, had to have TPLO surgery for a torn CCL. Bedrock Veterinary Specialists was highly recommended to us by our vet and we couldn’t be happier that we took her here. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was beautiful and clean. I love that they decorate the exam room doors with the pet names and made it feel so welcoming (for both Molly and me as an anxious dog mom). Dr. Batchelor performed the surgery and everything went so smoothly from the time we took her in to the time we were cleared/recovered. The team took excellent care of my girl and we were provided with great care instructions, they answered our (many) questions, and were available for us the whole time if we needed anything. I would highly recommend Bedrock Veterinary Specialists!
