The entire staff was friendly and caring. My little schnauzer was so itchy and unhappy. Dr. Amanda Sapp spent time explaining options and cost. The clinic also followed up the next day with an email. I am very satisfied with them.

We took our Rhodesian Ridgeback into the Clinic. We live near there and thought it would be nice. The Vet was obviously afraid of our dog. He is friendly! Any animal can sense fear. The staff were great! The Vet is not! We had him neutered. We paid for everything including follow up visits. We called them back as the area wasn't doing well. They would not take us back in! Horrible service! We had to find another Vet to care for surgical problems that they performed 😡

On 8/12/24 we had to euthanize my dog of 15 years. It was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do in my life. The staff at Beavercreek Animal Clinic were so kind and compassionate. Dr. Sapp was amazing. I was crying so hard throughout the process of my pup “leaving” that I couldn’t physically speak. Dr. Sapp talked to my Ella while I held her paw and was petting her and told her all the things that I couldn’t get out - that she was a good girl, so loved, and is going to be so missed. When the process was over they allowed us to stay in the exam room with Ella until we were ready to leave. I’ve only had to euthanize one other pet, Ella’s sister, and that was at the peak of Covid so I was not able to be with her so I’m not sure if Dr. Sapp’s kindness is how all vets are during that process but regardless, I so appreciated it. Thank you to all of the staff for making my worst day a little bit easier and for treating my soul dog with dignity and love.

I brought our dog,"StormWillow",to Beavercreek Animal Clinic as a new client, for a check up and vaccinations. I have owned horses and dogs all my life and have used many vets in the past. The entire visit was pleasant and the staff treated myself and StormWillow very well. They followed up with me the next day, which was a first! I will use them as our new vet in the future. Thanx for a great job!!
