Apr 22, 2025 · Guiselle McfarlaneIf your pet is a new patient, don’t bother. Very rude woman with a smoker’s voice asked if my pet’s condition was “real important first before scheduling” - and I was just going to schedule a wellness exam…

Aug 07, 2024 · Heather SpringI brought my dog in yesterday to have her ears checked. This was her first time at Barrington Oaks. Ella (my dog) has 1 to 2 ear infections a year. Yesterday I was told allergies could be the cause of her ear infections. Ella is 7 and has always had allergy flare ups. I was handed a list of allergy symptoms and Ella had them all. I was told for the past 7 years to administer an over the counter medication for allergy symptoms. Yesterday I was informed about the allergy medication available for Ella. I decided to go with the monthly shot. One day later she is a different dog! My husband and I are over the moon happy and so is Ella. This medication worked so fast. I am so grateful to the staff for all the knowledge they shared with me, I learned so much. Now my husband can sleep through the night without being woke up by Ella's scratching and licking.
