This place is great with cooperative dogs. However, if you have a cat that is upset at all, they will not touch or treat them: even if the cat is declawed. If your cat doesn’t like being touched or examined, because all cats love it, they won’t see them.

Grem can be a challenging pup, despite her quirkiness and attitude the staff always treats her right! They do a great job listening to her needs and exceed our expectations.

Jessica was super sweet checking us in. I always have a positive experience bringing my dogs here for dental exams and their comprehensive exams.

We’ve been with this Banfield for 10+ years and never had any issues. When you bring your pet in and entrust your care to them you expect they are open for dialogue when they tell you a diagnosis of something you don’t agree with. We’ve placed our cat on a diet and she has lost weight and we continue to work with her but recently she has developed other issues and we’ve been taking her to the vet to try and figure out what could be the issue. When we brought her in after multiple visits the veterinarian, Adamczyk, calls and just brushes our cats issues off as a “weight issue.” When trying to explain to her over the phone that we do not believe that to be her only issue, Adamczyk was very rude. She would not let us explain and she pretty much gave the “I’m the vet and this is what I am telling you” attitude. When we continued back and forth, she accused us of “yelling” when our conversation would not go in her favor and she hung up on us. She was suppose to do an additional care for our cat but her ego and money clearly meant more to her at this particular Banfield. The Banfield associate told us, when we called back, she would not do the additional treatment and to come get our cat. I work in a hospital and see patients that are less than nice on a day to day but denying them care because of the way they “talked” is unacceptable but I guess that is different for veterinarians who claim to care for animals. In conclusion, if you want them to help or see your animal do not question the vet and do not tell them more than once that you think something else could be wrong with your animal. Also, money and a vets ego will ALWAYS come before the animal when you go to this Banfield, even after seeing them for 10+ years and paying for 3 wellness plans.
