I’ve been using Banfield pet hospital for my pug Cooper off and on since I got him 11yrs ago. They have help heal him several times and their payment options work so well for me and my dog. I feel the prices are reasonable as well. The staff is always friendly and truly care about my dog. I’m grateful for them putting my mind at ease.

Dec 27, 2024 · Faye ThornhillBanfield has been great! Sometimes it is hard to get an appointment as they are very busy but they make sure to get you seen if your pet really needs services asap. They took good care of us after we had to say goodbye to our cat recently. They showed so much respect and empathy with the whole process and even sent us his paw prints in ink and a hand written sympathy card signed by the vet & all staff. So thoughtful and sweet!

Shannon at the front desk is the BEST and I have had amazing vets the entire time as well. I am always happy to bring my senior dog here knowing that they will be patient with him and do the best they can! Hes had alot of health issues lately and Dr. Stockdale has been great for information and coming up with plans for how to handle his issues. Thank you everyone for being so amazing!!!
Apr 10, 2022 · Ashley WilsonI have been talking with staff all week about my dog upcoming appointment, not one time did anyone state I needed to have vaccinations emailed to them, therefore they cancelled the appointment after stating next time if you are late you will have to reschedule,, I had to let him know I was on time and for future reference if you want us on time maybe when we go to the counter to check in they check us in and not have us standing there for 10 mins,, sucky attitude and very impatient, I would not recommend

They don’t even tell you they are putting you on hold they just put you on hold and then you are stuck. Super unprofessional and am waiting until our plans are over to switch their vet. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. This isn’t the first incident either. Last time when I brought my pug Bentley they tried to pull a quick one on me when he was there from 8 am to 3pm for a tear stain check. I let them know I needed to leave and the vet tech totally ignored what I was saying over and over again. Lied to me and told me they were going to CHECK with the doctor if he got the eye stain knowing I had to leave and then had the doctor perform the eye stain in the back without my knowledge. This is not a one time deal and every time I bring my dogs I’m more and more dissatisfied and frustrated. You guys need to educate your staff more and stop and think about what you are doing to people. I cannot wait until my plans are over to switch. DO NOT PURCHASE THE CARE PLAN A SCAM 10000000x over!!!
