Thank you so much, Banfield Pet Hospital! I was in a jam yesterday when I noticed my boy, Gus, was having trouble with his back again. I get the monthly arthritis shots, but it's an 'as needed' shot. The next day was a holiday, and that Monday we were leaving for planned 10 day vacation. The front desk receptionist went out of his way to help me and got my baby in for his shot. I am so grateful 🙏. Thank you, Banfield, for your glorious staff. They really care.

Excellent and caring staff that treats my cat with extra love. The new kitty and Optimum Wellness Plans are very comprehensive and a great value. Making online appointments is very convenient and they even have telehealth. They cover all the bases there and I like having an appointment, or a drop off, so I can get in and out with a happy and healthy kitty. Highly recommended.

I brought my two cats here to get flea treated, my cats are in good health, neither of them are overweight, they have good dental health, they’re over all very healthy cats. They just needed flea medication and my kitten needed his vaccines. The whole visit they tried to sell me thing and thing, test after test, dental cleanings, different kinds of food, all sorts of things that I didn’t need. I understand them upselling, everyone does it, but they don’t actually care about your pets they only care about making money off of you. They also charge a 65$ visit fee even if you’re just getting a booster vaccination which you’d think would just be a nurses visit. Needless to say, I will not be taking my cats here again, I spent a ridiculous amount of money just getting them flea treated and vaccinated. The only way any of their care is affordable is if you buy a plan, that you don’t need and probably won’t use all the “perks” of within a year. Then you’re still paying 1500$ a year (by contract) for things you don’t need. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know. (Their messaging system is also super annoying, I unsubscribe from their emails just to start receiving texts reminding me of all the things they suggested for my cats, ugh.)

I love everyone at Banfield so much, they took such good care of my little furry demon(Calcifer). He's very mistrusting of people, so I was really happy to see that they took their time and had patiecien with him. They explained everything in a way I could easy understand and their guidance is always helpful.

We had to bring our sweet Daisy girl here when she was sick. Unfortunately she was past being helped, and we had to make the difficult decision to put her down. The staff was very understanding and patient as we said our good byes, allowing me to go home and pick up my husband and son so that they could be included. They even sent us a lovely card that included her foot prints and nose print after her passing. We’re very blessed that in her final moments our sweet girl was taken care of. I can’t recommend this location enough!
