Worst place ever. Since 8:00 am this morning I have been trying to reach someone who could recommend a calming medication for my dog. Every time I called, whoever was handling the phones immediately put me on hold without saying a word. I was on hold for 20 minutes when I was randomly disconnected. I called back again—the same thing happened except I was on hold for 40 minutes. I have better things to do with my time rather than dick around with these jerks. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. When my contract with them is up, I’m switching my vet. These people truly suck and I still don’t have any medication for my dog.

Nov 10, 2024 · B AUPDATE: Last visit, the vet was great, but they were short staffed otherwise and I had to argue to get all the services I wanted during my appointment. Today, I had an appointment, but they called at the last minute to reschedule it...staffing issue. I have to wait almost 2 more weeks. The experience keeps getting worse and worse with this Banfield location...and I have a monthly plan too. This is a review for Banfield located inside PetSmart at Midtown Crossing, Pico Blvd and San Vicente, in Los Angeles. I just received an email with the subject line that I can "Easily Reschedule" my cat's appointment. When I opened the email, it said that "We're Sorry We Missed You" and said that I had a "MISSED VISIT: A Dropoff Comprehensive Exam" yesterday December 3 at 11 AM at the LA Midtown Location. The problem is that I NEVER scheduled this appointment and I was never even told about it. I did get repeat emails asking me to schedule an appointment. This is all quite upsetting. Leads me to believe that somebody at this Banfield location created an appointment without my permission or knowledge so that they could get paid, paid more, or look like they're doing a better job. My cat has not needed care, and I have not minded paying a lot for her Banfiield plan each month (she also sees another closer easier-to-schedule vet, Banfield is her backup vet), but if/when somebody at this Banfield location plays a game like this...well, that is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and very upsetting. And it makes me look bad and might make it harder for me to schedule my cat in the future. But, most upsetting, you guys may have taken an appointment slot away from an animal who actually needed the care and from a paying customer who wanted that slot.

So disappointed. I also sent an email to the email below in the response. The automatic message said they would get back to me in 2 business days and I never heard from them.
