Banfield Pet Hospital

My second visit and they can't seem to get appointments correct. Keep telling me different time, when I get a call and a few text reminder of the correct time. So i come a little bit before my SCHEDULE time and forced to wait longer. Front office is rude as if they don't like their job. Not much interaction with techs as they take my dog in the back. I'm only coming here because of puppy plan, I will go back to my regular vet as soon as my puppy is fixed

Every time I’ve entered this building, the receptionists have an attitude. They constantly cancel your appointments and don’t accommodate you for a new time or if they do, they’re rude about it….as if they weren’t the ones who inconvenienced you by canceling your appointment. They’ve misinformed me multiple times about how many parvo shots my puppy needs and when I asked about why the communication has changed, they say “well we’re not going to make you pay for it if you don’t want to” as if I mentioned anything about the financial aspect of things at all, it had to do with misinformation and the miscommunication. They’re always snarky and act like they hate their jobs. Also the review below about how a lady took in her puppy and the next day she passed away is very concerning and heart wrenching. Highly suggest you take your babies elsewhere as it’s not a pleasant environment.

Terrible. Was called to move appointment up so I change my schedule to bring in our miniature Dachshund who is having an issue with his back leg so I have to carry him. We arrive on time and end up waiting in the pretty much empty lobby for almost 30 mins Past our appointment with no sign of ever being seen. It was clear his condition or our time were irrelevant to them. Nobody smiling, and the feel was just a corporate business not one there for pets or their families. Now we are on our way home and I will find another vet it will not be Banfield

My dog ​​took medicine in this place, and died in the early morning, they kill dogs! As you can see, she was fine the day before !

The techs and doctors were friendly and kind to my pet. The services are pricey, but there are pricing options. The visit was nearly 3 hours long. I feel my pet was well cared for.
