Banfield Pet Hospital

We have had good experiences with the vets and staff at Banfield off of W. Chandler and off of Riggs, here in Chandler, AZ. They are caring, professional and do their very best to find room to treat my dogs when things come up that require timely care. I sincerely appreciate the care they have provided and appreciate them saving my older dog who was so ill. Thank you all for loving my dogs with your care, we appreciate you!!!

Called in the morning to confirm. Showed up five minutes early was checked in only to be told I need to come back as they close at 4. It’s obvious they are short handed and I’m sure the person left out front is doing the best she can but the vet called her back to most likely yell at her and she came back to me to say she’s sorry but had to reschedule. My dog is almost 14. It’s hard for him to travel and we live 30 minutes away with no traffic . It would had been nice if they would had just honored our appointment . They let me know they have lots of options tomorrow…

I was very disappointed we had appointment for my cat staff was very rude and they not tell you exactly what they wanna do inside even when they call or msg you they not tell you anything...even they charge soooo much for every thing... never ever buy a monthly package with that's too much and they no do all things they said...when we came home they put toooo tight bandaid to my poor cat..she was very uncomfortable and upset... late night took her to the pet emergency Better go somewhere else not Banfield pet hospital especially this Roswell location next to trader Joe's 🙏🥺😥

I've always had a great experience at this Banfield. The staff are caring, compassionate, and stern. They have a mix of people who are kind and no nonsense. I like that, I like the way they approach animal care so seriously. I know sometimes I haven't been the best pet parent, and going to Banfield is a wake-up call. They will tell you what you need to do, but also give you options if certain things are financially impossible at the time. The people at this Banfield are absolutely here for the love of animals and their care. I'm so grateful for the incredible dedication they have. They don't get paid nearly enough, and they work brutal jobs. So when you come in, show them some compassion, too.

I truly appreciate the staff at this Banfield location. They truly are the best and make my pup’s experience even better. One staff in particular is so exceptional (Kelsey)! She is empathetic, intuitive and kind. She has assisted us many times and today I got her name and told her how much I appreciate her! She’s always warm and patient. Thank you Banfield and thank you again Kelsey!
