I've been coming to this location for a few months now for both of my cats and the staff has been wonderful! They've been great at providing education and guidance when it comes to my cats' conditions and general health. I'm incredibly grateful for all that they do!

I like the desk staff here, they really try to be helpful, and they have good instincts in urgent situations.The doctors were knowledgeable and seemed to really care. They were willing to quickly re-evaluate the treatment plan when we called to report that her symptoms weren't improving. I've been on the phone with them 5 times in the past week, and driven to the vet 3 times in the past week, and my interactions were all positive. I actually felt like we were working as a team to help my dog. Hopefully our bebe will be feeling fully better soon.

Christina at the front desk was unhelpful and dismissive when I requested a simple prescription refill. It felt like her goal was to get me to leave rather than assist me. However, another associate stepped in, assured me they could handle the issue, and promptly went to the back to resolve it. Their professionalism made all the difference.

We’ve have mutltiple pets with Banfield, and have always had a good experience and the staff has always been very welcoming except one of them. Her name is Christina and unfortunately everytime we’ve came she’s been quite read and made rude comments including today that we walked in she skipped us while we were waiting in line and continued to attend the person behind us. When we said something she rudely walked away and had one of the other staff attend us. All the other staff has always been really helpful and kind and have taken very well care of our pets, we just wish to not be treated differently.
