Great visit with Dr. Nori and Jeremy. Jeremy welcomed us and really took care of business. Dr. Nori did a thorough and expert examination of my little guy Henry. What impresses me is that they are more concerned with your pet getting the best cost effective treatment, than they are about making a profit. I didn’t feel any pressure, they gave me the assessment and their primary concern was my pets wellbeing

Thank you so much to Banfield Northridge for your health clearance for Lily. We had a small window to work with and you guys were very supportive with the whole process. The sedatives also were a godsend as the 10+ hour flight was pretty tough on her and she was beginning to drive other passengers nuts. But we made it all the way to Vietnam!

The vet was amazing! I just moved to CA several months ago and decided to continue using Banfield. By complete luck, I ended up choosing the best Banfield with the most amazing, incredibly intelligent, and compassionate vet. She took her time to answer all of my questions...very down to earth. I plan to use her as my forever vet 👍

I have decided to delete and recreate my review for this organization as a warning to pet parents that want their pets alive. I posted here 3 months ago upset that I haven't seen a vet face-to-face in 4 YEARS after taking him in REPEATEDLY for reoccurring stomach issues that went UNDIAGNOSED. Today would have been his 7th birthday, but instead one week ago he died in my arms suddenly. This is two months AFTER I took him in for his biannual physical under his plan for them to tell me he had a clean bill of health. This is 6 weeks after I brought him back for recommended testing that a separate hospital suggested in which they told me he was fine. This is 5 weeks after they talked me into increasing my plan as they saw how desperate I was for answers I never received and never will. A plan in which they are REQUIRING I continue to pay on a DECEASED PET they NEVER diagnosed and thus his sudden death is largely on them. I will have to pay nearly 100 dollars a month FOR MONTHS despite that my beloved pet is no longer eligible for services. This is the company you are working with. I complained several times. Do not allow them to convince you to speak to them privately. I did call and they continued to say I have to foot a bill for a service that is now impossible to receive. I only recommend this place for periodic vaccines. Otherwise, please, I am begging you, go somewhere else. I will never not be traumatized over this.
