My lab had a soft bump on her belly and I kept asking to get them to test it but was told it was just a fatty deposit. Well, it apparently was not because a couple of years later, I insisted they biopsy it and it turned out to be Mast cell tumor. When they x-rayed her because it was oozing, what they saw, was a tumor so big that it had pushed the spleen completely out of place. If you love your pets, PLEASE take them elsewhere. They will live longer. Besides, they never answer the phones, so ……..

Nov 12, 2024 · TessaIt's really disappointing that after I had my appointment, they cancelled it without any reason. This is the second time this has happened at that place. They simply don't want to help my large breed dog there. If you have a large dog, forget about it and don't go there because they won't want to help him. It's so frustrating and sad. If I could I would give them -1
Sep 12, 2024 · Luisa RomeroI have been taking my schnauzers to the Lexington location since it opened. I couldn't be happier with the level of genuine love, care and compassion they show to their animals. I have always received great customer service before during and after their appointments with follow up calls. Great place!

Aug 22, 2021 · Rob AnthonyThis place is utterly irresponsible. My mother send her dog there for routine vaccinations. They claim they took her for a walk so she could use the bathroom, mind you they took her out of her harness and put a cheap leash on her. She allegedly got spooked and ran away… they lost my mothers beloved dog…. It’s been two weeks. They helped in the search, but it’s simply not enough. This cannot be forgiven. The negligence is astronomical in proportions. This is my moms child. Why aren’t there any SOPs in place for this? Why didn’t the worker try to get her when she first got set free? Is it ok for their employees to lose peoples animals? This makes zero sense and I for one cannot comprehend how this happened.
