Everyone at this location has been very friendly and caring about my fur baby. Every visit I’m informed about what is happening during that visit and they ask if I have any questions or concerns. Highly recommend them.

They were kind and efficient. Gave really good care to my two kitties being spayed.

Unless it is for a routine vaccination and you have no other choice, I highly recommend avoiding Banfield. The people who work at this location, for the most part, are kind, but it is a chain vet and the corportation simply does not care enough to meet a high standard of care. I went to different Banfield locations for 2 different years, and this location for about a year. I even joined the Wellness Plan! My cat, Remi, had a persistent wound on her chin that just would not go away. I would schedule an appointment, and like clockwork, day-of, they would turn it into a drop-off appointment. I don't think the entire time Remi was a patient I ever had a sit-down appointment, which proved to be a huge problem. We were never scheduled a consistent vet, so someone new would take on Remi's case every time we were there, and they seemed to not be able to read the care history, because they kept recommending things we had already tried. I asked the team SEVERAL times if they could suture the wound or test the area for cancer, and was always told no. Eventually, they told me there was nothing they could do and referred me to a dermatologist. I wanted a second opinion, so I took Remi to Sunnyside Vet Hospital (HIGHLY recommend over Banfield! Same price point, too). After *one* appointment, Sunnyside had taken a biopsy and discovered that Remi had Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma. They even stitched her up, which I was told wasn't possible! After extensive treatment, sadly, Remi passed. I will always wonder if those 2 years I spent running in circles with Banfield could have been better spent seeking treatment elsewhere - if she'd still be here if they had caught it. I really do not recommend Banfield, even this clinic. It's just not worth it - they do not care, the model just encourages making as much money as possible in a day, taking as many pets as possible in a day.

I NEVER write any reviews. But please read this. DO NOT go to ANY Banfield locations. They only care about your money. A family member used to work for Banfield and was told to continuously lie to pet owners about their dogs health. I used to have my Pomeranian on their plan. I tried canceling it and they wouldn’t let me. Unfortunately they sent me to collections without letting me know first!!!! I took my dog in 2 days ago and they put my dog in the isolation room for 4 hours. Later that day, they call me to tell me they can’t see my dog and to come pick him up!!! Like WTH. They refused to see my dog when I took him in. If you care about your pets health. Do not go to any Banfield. I have tried all locations and all were negative. My dog came home covered in poop :(

They have always been so helpful and caring with my geriatric "baby boy" . He has liver cancer and they have been fantastic helping to weigh risk vs benefit on treatment for him. Highly recommend the Banfield Clackamas team
