My wife and I have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Last week we had to have our cat put down due to old age and health issues. My wife was devastated, rightfully so. We finally got the call today that his remains were ready to be picked up. I got half way there only to get a call saying that they were leaving early for the day…. All we have wanted was to get our family member home with us since the day he passed. We have been patient given the situation. But they couldn’t be patient enough to wait the 30 minutes for me to get there to pick our cats remains up. Given the situation it just seems pretty inconsiderate. Aside from this experience, the doctors here are great people and they absolutely love the animals that they treat.

Several years ago, we began experiencing financial difficulty when my husband was laid off. We had 3 dogs at the time, and found that we couldn't afford to bring all 3 in (yearly exam & shots) at once, as we had in the past. That meant only 1 could go on schedule, 2 would have to wait - 1 for 3 mo, the other for 6.... So how do you decide who was going to be protected? Which 2 were going to put at risk? I was frustrated and felt guilty. After sharing this with our daughter who is a dog trainer, she recommended her vet, Dr Boland at Banfield. Not only did she absolutely adore her, but Banfield offers wellness plans ( covers the cost of all routine exams, tests, shots as well as a 20% discount on all non covered services, for about $35 a month). Long story short, we love Dr Boland too, and she has been our vet ever since. Along the way, we lost 2 of the world's best dogs (both living beyond their life expectancy) and her compassion was beyond words. Although we always schedule our appts with her, on occasion a sick pet means you see another Dr - which is how we met Dr Sitkowski, who is wonderful as well. The entire staff there is outstanding, which leads me to believe that Banfield has made the effort to staff it's hospitals with only the best - from front end & office staff, to the vet techs and Drs, the service and care is excellent!

Absolutely the worst vet I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. Signed up for a wellness plan, made an appointment for my dog, and confirmed it with them. The day of my appointment I arrived and no one was working; closed sign on the front desk. Have tried calling but site has had no staff for 3 days. Customer service is worse than no help, they have no idea what to do. I was informed that this site doesn't even have its own doctor on staff, they borrow from others. How are you going to call yourself a Vet Office with no doctors? Absolutely do not waste your time. 0 stars if possible. Editing for update!!!!!!! They still refuse to cancel my plan, and have apparently forged my signature on a contract! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PET'S CARE!

Awful experience! They are just out to get your money ! I pay 80 plus dollars a month for their discount plan and it comes with a teeth cleaning. I took my dog in to get her teeth cleaned and they drew her blood and everything came out great. And then after they drew her blood and looked at her notes and noticed in order to but her under for this teeth cleaning they wanted to do an X-ray which will be $600. I said I’m sorry that is not in my budget at the moment. Then since I said no I would have to pay for the blood work they already drew. I feel like I should have been told prior to them drawing blood that even with the blood work coming out good that we will need x rays and it will be an additional $600 to get your dogs teeth cleaned or $250 for blood work I was told this will be covered under the plan I’m already paying for. Very deceiving.
