First visit with my senior furbaby. The appointment scheduling was easy and convenient. Day of appointment they were friendly and so caring, which made me feel at ease. Highly recommend services at this location. **** Update July 2024 **** Beware of the Banfield Pet Care Packages. I was not made aware of recurring charges of their wellness plan for a whole year!!! My cat passed a couple of weeks after the first visit. And I cannot cancel it, and now I am getting nonstop calls.

I wish I could give them negative stars. This location put my animals with a vet that I specifically stated could not be around my animals. She again caused an issue by stating false information and not completing the checks that were billed for. She also stated false information regarding the health of one of my animals. At the front desk, the incompetent new staff upgraded two of my pet's wellness plan without confirming with me. I am now being charged double what was supposed to be charged. I cannot get out of this "contract" unless I pay $700 for each of my pets for "services that were rendered", even though I highly doubt these services were provided. Even after admitting it was their receptionist's fault "but she's new so she made a mistake" they are refusing to help rectify their mistake. The staff here is always friendly. The veterinarians are helpful and very good about following up and speaking with you personally about your pet.

We love our vet and technicians. They always do an amazing job with our two dogs. They're very helpful and are good at letting us know exactly how our dogs' health are doing, and what we can do to make sure they stay healthy. One is a rescue, and she tends to get overstimulated and nervous a lot when going to the vet, but they always do a great job with her.

i have never been to this location before, today was my first time and i’m disappointed with how the appointment went. first off, i dropped her off at 8:15 am for concerns of excessive itching (possibly fleas) and wasn’t able to pick her up until 3 pm. i stopped by around 11:30 to check on when she would be ready. the receptionist said “30 minutes or longer”. i left, the vet tech called me at 12:30 to say they wanted to do an ear swab, and i agreed and he said they would call me back with the results.. well, 2:30 came around and i decided to call on the progress of this as i don’t think an ear swab should take 2 hours. when i called, the vet told me that i was supposed to call THEM back? she proceeded to tell me nothing of my original concerns, although the found an ear infection starting. thankfully, i already have an ointment from a previous infection that i could use, but they didn't even examine her for what i originally brought my dog in for. i am absolutely shocked that all they did was an ear swab, and my dog was there for 7 hours. when on the phone before picking up my dog, the vet said she wanted to see my dog back in 2 weeks for a check in, but when i arrived to pick her up, the receptionist didn’t ask to schedule her back, they brought my dog to me, didn’t say anything after i said thank you and they walked away so i left. i am extremely disappointed in how this appointment went today, and i will not be back.
