I had to take my dog here to be put down. He was old and tired, and it was time. The staff was ultra compassionate, gave us as much time and space as we needed. Also, my boy was an American Pit Bull Terrier; BUT they were not just “oh, yeah. Let’s get him up out of here.” They treated us and our baby with the upmost compassion and care. This is an extremely trying ordeal to have to go through; and having a staff like this one definitely helps ease some of the stress and pain of it. Thank you to all who had a hand in making the transition to “that big field in the sky” a peaceful one, for him.

I like that I can sign up for wellness plans, which I can then make monthly payments to instead of having to pay everything upfront. But I don’t like is that the vet does not come into the room with me and my pet and talk to us as well as give any shots that are needed. I just feel like there is no one on one care.

We've been taking our dogs here for years with mostly positive experiences. Today, we took our dog in with what we thought was an emergency. She was coughing like something was stuck in her throat. They did do a quick exam to make sure nothing was lodged in her airway and then said it was "not an emergency" and stated if we wanted a more extensive exam we would have to make an appt for another day or "go to an emergency dog clinic". We pay over $60 a month (and have for years) for their vet plan, and I feel they basically turned us away, knowing we were not comfortable with this "quickie" partial exam. She is definitely under duress, and they could have cared less. We will be going to a private veterinarian and will stay stay away from these corporate greedy monsters.

We dropped our cats off for shots at the hilltop location in VB. It was a challenge to check them in as they had not saved the information from previous visits (check ups, shots, etc...) at this location. I was fortunate that Vanessa Navano was patient as well as detailed in admitting them once we got to the back and is the reason for the high review. We were quite thankful that she was there as it was expressed over the phone that they would not be able to trim their nails which Vanessa corrected and made sure our cats nails were trimmed and well cared for, Thank you for your help and overall positive attitude!

My puppy was indirectly exposed to parvo here, crossing fingers and saying prayers that nothing develops. They will also try to sell you on a monthly plan contract...I'm glad I turned it down because there's not shot I come back after the virus exposure.
