Disappointed!!!! So I don't even know where I need to start, so we're with Banfield about 3 years, and everything was good so far, until we moved from California to Texas, so our OWP need to renew, but prices in TX is different from California so we canceled our agreement after billing year was end, and like Billing department recommended to us re-enrolled in new address in our Texas location, but guess what in agreement that I don't even see cuz they don't show or give you anything, they will just ask you confirm your information on screen and make a sign, they 'accidentally' don't changed our home hospital which was California, so price that I paying every month is for $20 more that I need to pay in my location, so they overcharging me for about $240 a year, for nothing, I tried to speak with practice manager but she agreed that this is their fault but they can't change anything I need to pay that. To be honest I'm really disappointed for careless, irresponsible manager, they did a mistake but pay for this mistake is my responsibility in their words. I'm really sad that facility that should be welcoming and care for customers do things like that, or even worse don't want to fix problem that they create for me.

Banfield Pet Hospital at Cedar Park is one of the best in the area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they always make sure to fit you in for a last-minute appointment. There is plenty of parking, and the hospital is easy to access.

We have used Banfield for our two dogs for 8 plus year. I have felt over the last few years that service levels have dropped and prices have gone up. Today we had our dogs in for their annual checkups. From the time we dropped them off until we picked them up, they teams have been trying to up sell services . When I asked the tech she told me they were instructed to ask. Very disappointing to deal with multiple upsales. We were called with a big expenditure that we could not afford at this time, but were made to feel awkward for not spending the money. It was like we did not care. When it was time to pick up we were told they were ready at 4pm. We arrived at 5:10 to make sure we gave them plenty of time. 35 mins later we are still waiting to pick them up and notes were not done, and now meds are being filled. This will be the end of our 8+ year journey with Banfield. I'd encourage other to vote with their wallets and demand better.

DO NOT, Do NOT bring your animals here. Period. My father brought our dog, my childhood pet, here multiple times, multiple days in a row when he was extremely sick, not eating and lethargic. He was seen and ultimately, my father was told that our dog would be okay and that he was ~maybe~ diabetic. 1. Over the last hours of my dog’s life, he declined rapidly to the point that my father had to take him to an emergency vet. This vet informed us that they were shocked Banfield had let my sweet dog go home in that state, and at the complete lack of care and information my father was given regarding his condition. My father also paid for medications he was never given, given promises he never saw carried out, and was set to have hope where he soon discovered Banfield’s team had none to give him. My dog died in the emergency vet that night- as the only two options given to us by kind, CARING doctors were intensive, painful treatment daily for his ketone level which was astronomically high, or a peaceful euthanasia to end his suffering that Banfield clearly didn’t care to treat, let alone diagnose correctly. We chose euthanasia, as he had been in pain- unbeknownst to us thanks to Banfield’s carelessness- for quite some time. 2. Banfield Pecan Park’s team then called my dad TWO WEEKS after my dog’s passing in a complete and obvious case to cover their butts. Following a sorry apology, which at this point is unwanted and unaccepted, my father was then told he had to abide by the cancellation policy and continue to pay the remainder of our now dead dog’s Optimum Wellness Plan…. Despite them completely dropping the ball in all possible realms. This vet office is full of people that do not care, or at best, care at the absolute bare minimum. Please, please give your pet the care they deserve and take them to a vet that will give them the time and care they deserve.

Optimum wellness plan SCAM Be aware to check the records here, they decline the vaccines without taking your permission and than dont even have comments who declined it and why. So that they can charge for booster vaccine out of the health plan. Really bad management no backups or history. When talk to practise manager, she dont have any answers, wont even talk and wont take liability of people working under her. I thought this was the best location, unfortunately its very bad. Whats the point of regular visit amd health plan, when they cannot manage regular vaccine on time and that too without any clarfication who and why vaccine was declined.
