I had this worst experience here on Friday. My dog was scheduled to have a surgery done here on November 15th which I scheduled on October 28th. I dropped her off at 8am and a few hours later was told the surgery couldn’t be done. Not once did the manger, or office coordinators reach out before to inform me. On top of that the doctor stated he didn’t know my dog was scheduled for this day. How this possible? I was told my dog procedure could be done at this location and was given a set price that I had to save up for .. Just to be told last minute it couldn’t be done. They sent me to the Tucker location and the price jumped up 1600 dollars more which I didn’t have on hand . This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. And now my dog has to continue to be in discomfort because of this error. Where is the accountability? I took off work, I’ve tried calling no answer. This is beyond hurtful and frustrating and I need answers.

Terrible rinky dink location. Receptionist never greeted me and was rude. Rolled her eyes when I was just trying to figure out who could check me in. The vet tech was also not very nice and I ended up leaving due to me not feeling comfortable with the staff enough to leave my dog.

I used to love this Banfield location, but TWO years in a row they told me my dog’s urine was fine, then I go somewhere else and she has bladder stones. TWO years in a row they claimed to test my dog for bladder stones while deliberately knowing they didn’t even have the xray technology to accurately test her. It was just because I knew that I knew better than they did that I went to the Howell Mill location where they did an actual xray and informed me that this location was wrong yet again. They deliberately lied about testing my dog knowing they didn’t have the right tools. They would let my dog die with their intentional incompetence. If it wasn’t bcause I knew better than them my dog would be worse. Do not bring your dog here if you want them to be healthy.

Nicki is the sole reason we patronize this particular location. She is the face of the clinic and always makes you feel seen, hear, and that your pet is cared for. The providers rotate but Nicki is a constant and I know with her at the helm I will get a prompt appt if needed and have all questions answered before we leave.

Love the service and attention that they give to my dog. He loves them too. They spend time checking him and making sure that he is doing good and he has the best medicine for him
