Dr. F. Mohammed is always so kind and informative! Everyone is so welcoming, but Ms. “Candi” … not so much! I would stir clear of her. Not very friendly or welcoming at all, to be working at the front desk. Doesn’t give off a good fit for the face of the company. Other than that, we always have a good visit here! 😊

My pup has been coming here since he was a baby. He loves coming and they are so sweet with him. He has skin issues and they have been helpful in his treatment.

Waited over an hour for my appointment. I was told to come a half hour early and then waited an additional hour. Front desk person was not friendly. They were supposed to make a spay appointment but never did. And they never answer their phone.

AWFUL.AWFUL AND AWFUL. every single individual I have talked to has made me realize I could walk into any clinic and be a vet with the amount of experience they have. you’re telling me the health of the kitten is the main priority when she’s constantly bleeding from her neck. Oh ya that hundreds of dollars visit for medicine that worked for a little bit was so worth it!! This poor kitten has gone through hell and back because not a single person in this place actually cares about her. Multiple canceled appointments LAST SECOND. Awful place to take your pet.

Terrible experience with them. My dog is very old and every time she had an emergency they said they couldn’t get her in for several weeks and I would have to take her somewhere else. Even though I was paying around $60 a month for one of their premium pet plans. I tried to cancel it, but they said it would cost me more to cancel because they claimed the one time I brought her in that the yearly shots were over $700, even though other places charge around $200. They said that even if she died they couldn’t do anything and I would have the pay the monthly plan for the whole year. This place is a scam and would not recommend anyone who loves their pet taking them to Banfield.
