Banfield Pet Hospital

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come to front desk. Just to have someone else get help before me. Just because they came out of the room with the Doctor and then stand and wait does not me you should be helped when the front desk personnel comes to the front. Then have the nerve to tell me they will help me once they done. So, I just cancelled my Banfield service. I will be going to a local Veterinarian for now on.

Updated nov 2024: Lily went for her comprehensive and we requested a nail grind. Once we picked her we saw her nails trimmed very aggressively and her nails were bleeding. 2023: Mia helped us today to schedule services for my dog. She was very friendly , professional and accommodating about my requests. Valerie performed the services - nail trim, anal gland expression and a last moment ear cleaning and she handled it like a boss. She was very friendly and handled my dog well. Both the ladies did an excellent job today. Thanks a lot ! Lily’s mom

Cannot save enough good things about Banfield Utica. I have been taking my fur babies here for over 13 years. They helped me through the loss of my dog who passed last year and was the first pup that I brought Banfield too. You are treated like family here. The whole staff is wonderful but I have to shout out Dr. Drew for being one of the best vets I have worked with. I trust him completely with all 4 of my animals. I will continue to go to Banfield as long as he is there. Alicia, Gina, Mia and Sabrina are a few others that go above and beyond for me and my pets.

Been using Banfield pet hospital, Utica for over a decade, I've always been treated right and my dog is always taken good care of. Good pricing also, love the pet health insurance plans they offer.

Took my two kittens here because I needed to get them checked out during my first week after taking them home and couldn't get a basic checkup that fast anywhere that isn't a scam. They didn't do anything in the room with me and each cat was only gone maybe 5 minutes, so I doubt they actually did anything other than weigh them. The "report" they gave me had boxes for all kinds of health items for them to check and every single one was blank except the overall rating. Their weights weren't even on there. I knew they were healthy and I just needed to check the box with my rescue but I would never come back. I wouldn't put it past them to take your pet in the back for a "vaccine", do nothing, and bring them back saying they did it, happily taking your money after.
