Banfield Pet Hospital

The staff is always thorough with my little dog, handles her gently & with great care & is super kind to me. They actually listen to me & respect my wishes. I love this hospital & team so much.

They killed my kitten and wanted to say that it was dormant, and sometimes the coronavirus will appear. I told them, but why did you not catch it before she came in with a small sniffle and then you told me she was anemic and you gave her vitamins to boost her immune system which then tanked and she turned into a watermelon and died. Do not do the kitten package if your pet dies you’re still paying monthly payments no matter what they also run test on your animal that you don’t need and you’re paying out-of-pocket more for it I would not ever trust For the safety of your animals and family members do not take your pets here. Poor jinx😭😭

The only reason that I'm giving this review a 3 star review is a clinic itself has taken excellent care of my dogs, could not be happier. The reason why I'm giving them a lower view is back in October when they charge my account for it's monthly insurance payments. It came back as a fraudulent charge and it would not be accepted. So instead of contacting me and let me know that there was a issue with my payments, they continued to let it sit for the next 4 months. Then sent me a letter in the mail demanding that I would send them full payment or it would be sent to collection. When I contacted them trying to figure out what was going on, they told me they would not accept partial payment they had to accept full payment only or It would be sent off to collection. They did remove one payment from the amount that I owed bringing the amounts down, I'm not complaining about the money that I owe them. I'm complaining that they sat on this for 4 months. No phone calls, no letters. No contact, nothing whatsoever, that is failure to notify of payment, if they had contacted me back in October. this matter would have been easily rectified with no future problems. But instead they chose to wait almost 4 months before contacting me by a LETTER IN THE MAIL.

I love Banfield because they remind me to take care of my pet. Time for this shot or that one. It’s time to clean their teeth. When they don’t feel good you can take them to the doctor and it is more affordable. My little chihuahua has pneumonia right now and am SUPER THANKFUL I have Banfield and have for almost 13 years! I love my pets. ❤️

Went here for a dental, my dog is now passing blood heavily in its stool. I called 4 times at different times of the day and couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me while I held my shaking, sick dog. They were very quick to offer me two tooth extractions for $2000 through my email though 🤨
