The place is clean, and check-in is quick. The staff are attentive to your concerns, and they really made sure my dogs felt comfortable. I especially appreciate how well they treated my pets. I had a major issue with one of my dogs at Cedar Hills Banfield, and when I brought him here, they quickly diagnosed the problem and provided the right treatment that helped him recovered fast. I’m extremely thankful for their expertise and care. They are also very informative, whether it’s addressing major concerns or just a routine check-up. Every time I had questions, I felt like I received thorough answers. I’ve always felt reassured and taken care of here.

Overall great service. Difficult to get someone on the phone when calling to set up appointments and such. Never had a problem when I've gone in and talked to a person. The vets are very professional and have helped take great care of our pets

Had a great experience with my puppy they took great care of him and I appreciate them for treating him with kindness and empathy! I would take my dog there anytime any day any pet! Thank you for being so amazing front desk was amazing as well and the vet is phenomenal!

We’ve been taking our pets to Banfield for over 10 years. Normally the mall location (now closed) or salmon creek. I really dislike this location and the services provided the last few years. The people were really kind and very sweet to our girl, but I have two issues that have been the biggest problem at this location, more than once. 1. During drop off or at the start of your appointment, you get a quote for the cost. This quote always ends up being $100 to $150 less than what the actual bill ends up being. That’s quite a big difference to continually being under quoted. 2. We’ve paid for a multiple nail trims that haven’t been done or completed. One time it wasn’t completed and told to come back a different day. It still wasn’t completed and no refund issued. Another time told that “they can’t do it because your dog is too wiggly”. This last time I was told they were able to do it no problem. Got home and noticed that they just snipped to tip so they weren’t pointed. Not a real trim. Called twice and couldn’t get through. So I called my normal location to see if they could fix it since Hazel Dell isn’t answering the phone and I can’t leave a voicemail. Waiting to hear back. Hopefully this location can turn it around. 5 or so years ago this used to be a great location. Sad it’s gone downhill so much.

Actually location is very kind and helpful. My issues is with the company itself. My dog passed away and I was told I am still required to pay a month fee or pay the whole year’s wellness plan? That’s beyond disgusting. I was shocked. Do not go with Banfield for any kind of wellness plan. My dog passes away and you expect me to pay? Shame on you.
