Happy customer. I did get charged for a nail trim that didn't happen, understanding though!! Since it was a full day of checkups, shots, and blood work. Called about the nail change and was told, just call and schedule, and I would be taken care of. Thank you Winston & Debr

Jan 20, 2024 · Winston “Mustang”Everything is trash on north military highway and this place is no different. Being seen 30-45 minutes late on multiple occasions. Staff unaware of what’s going on. No type of courtesy or communication if appointments change. Overall this is the WORST pet care place I’ve ever been to.
Jan 06, 2025 · Andrew PopeExtremely disappointed and livid that I dropped my dog off at 9:00 a.m. And I tried to call at 4:30 p.m. to check and see if he was ready and I was put on hold for 20 minutes, so I hung up and just decided to show up and he still wasn't ready, and when I asked for him I think that's when they finally decided to see him, and their excuse was that they had all these other procedures going on, which I completely understand, but my dog had an appointment just to get his ears rechecked which I'm more than positive, doesn't take very long. And asking my mother, who works at a vet clinic, she confirmed this. And after waiting over 30 minutes for him he was finally done at 6 p.m. Which was sickening because he was locked in a cage for over 8 hours. At least have the decency to call and communicate with people that you're extremely busy. I pray that this doesn't happen to anybody else. I will never sign up with a Banfield ever again.
Sep 12, 2024 · Aliana KoralThe staff was very disorganized, but I was willing to overlook that. However, the incident at the end left me angry and unwilling to deal with that location ever again. I had an 8:15 AM drop-off appointment for my dog. Despite arriving on time, I had to wait 30 minutes just to get checked in. When I met the vet tech who would be seeing Brody, she informed me that he might be ready earlier but would be done by 4:15 PM at the latest. I accepted this and went to work. Around 12 PM, I received a call from the vet tech saying Brody was ready to be picked up. I explained that I had some work to finish and would be there soon. At around 1:30 PM, I received another call from the receptionist, who stated that they were closing in 30 minutes and I needed to come immediately. This was the first time I was informed they were closing at 2 PM that day. When I arrived, I inquired about the early closure and was told it was because the veterinarian was going home. They then tried to charge me for medication that was covered under my plan and attempted to schedule a dental appointment even though Brody was not due. They didn't have me sign out or provide a printed summary of what was performed that day. I will never go back to this location.
Jun 11, 2024 · Adam HarrisIt's always a nice experience. They serve rabbits/bunnies at this location! I got my bun neutered here despite my worries since he is a dwarf and he made a speedy and healthy recovery 🩵. The cost was better than a lot of the other exotic vets in the area. I think there's only one exotic vet so try to schedule appointments asap.
