I appreciate that this team asks about my pet Kobra and genuinely addresses each of my concerns by remembering my questions. I adopted our little furry family member with a lot of worry because he was so young when I brought him home, but it didn't take long for this team to get him on a healthy plan and ensure they keep his treatments appropriate to his age, weight, and even by his breed. I am always grateful for anyone on this team, remembering our names and caring for our furry. Kobra is a healthy *mostly* chihuahua (and thanks to this team conducting a DNA test, we know our puppy is mostly 馃槈 not what we expected).

This place is not professional. I took my cat to be treated for a uti. They couldn't give him his shots because they did not have the vaccine. That was fine. Let's treat the uti. I informed them that the last time he was there, they could not get him to get out the carrier. They assured me they could handle it. Okay. I get to my house and they call me to come pick him up because he will not calm down. They stated I will need to give him medicine and make a new appointment. I let them know I wouldn't be able to bring him back for about 2 weeks due to work. They, literally, didn't care. I get there to pick him up and they expected me to pay for the care plan, which I had planned on getting. I told the receptionist no. I won't pay for it if everytime, they are not capable of treating him. She then told me it would be $15. I asked for what? You, literally, did nothing. She explained it is for the medicine to calm him down on his next visit. I asked why couldn't they give it to him on this visit. The manager decides to chime in with it has to have time to work. I then ask when is the next appointment, I was told tomorrow. I informed her I can't come tomorrow. The manager decides to say she just answered your question. Now had the receptionist been upset in any way I might have understood him jumping in. She answered all my questions and I responded. However to the manager I asked who was talking to you. He decided to now be big and bad. Clearly, I'm not the one. I told them I'm not paying for anything and to bring me my cat. He (manager) had the nerve to say your bill is $15. I told him I am not paying and to bring me my cat. He says he will send it to collections. I won't say what came out my mouth after that but it wasn't nice. I was able to get my cat seen elsewhere and taken care of. It cost way more than $15. So cost was not the issue. Their service or lack of it, was. Don't bring your fur babies here.

The Banfield has been great with my two dogs. I moved from Raleigh to Fayetteville and I was concerned by the previous reviews but I have had a great experience with the staff.

Very disappointed in the service and appearance of the hospital (cluttered, sloppy and dirty). Staff was way too casual, rude at times and we were even put into a dirty exam room that was never cleaned or apologized for. Staff was also sloppily dressed. Just overall not impressed by this location.
