Banfield Pet Hospital

Thank you for taking care of my kitten’s neuter and hernia repair! He was ready to go home super quickly the same day and has been recovering very well. The hernia repair incision is smaller than I was expecting so I’m very happy he will have a faster recovery!

The staff are nice. I had an interaction with Vet Loran, Vet Lockatail and Vet that starts with a W. (Don't remember his name and probably misspelled the other two). Lockatail gave the impression that pushing medication is the only solution for any issues. The one male made both my dogs terrified of the vet. (One of my dogs that is super people friendly peed and pooped in the office from fear, Had 0 issues with people touching or grabbing his tail after the male my pup had true fear of being touched and fear of his tail being touched. I told the office about that and was told that they are unsure why it happened.) Then I got Loran as my vet. She seemed to have care and compassion for the clients, never had any issues with my dogs coming back with fear or scared of anything. They both got happy to see her and came out happy. Even if they got shots. She said they took the shots, medicine or anything else that was needed without a fight. She stated that it was rare that she needed help. So clearly my dogs aren't scared of humans and are very friendly. I ONLY recommend Vet Loran. But my last interaction with this place was about 3 years ago. So if she's still there then you will be in good hands. If she's not there then hopefully you don't get the other two. Especially don't get the guy that starts with a W. I think it was Wesker or Wilkins. Not 100% on his name.

I had an appointment originally for a Saturday but then I changed it over the phone with someone and the day of my appointment comes and I show up and they kept saying the couldn’t find it and I showed them the confirmation email but then they just said it was my fault for not confirming the appointment, but I did confirm it with someone over the pjone. Then they started saying that they could reschedule me to a different and and I expressed how it was frustrating that I had the appointment and that I had confirmed it with someone over the phone, but the best they could offer me is rescheduling to a different day, I had to take time off work because my dog was ill and needed to be seen since she had a bump and was bleeding from her arm. But they did nothing to accommodate. I usually don’t do any types of reviews but it was rude of them to not even try to work something out, and the best they could offer me is rescheduling. I used to love this location but will never go back.

We had such a great experience at Banfield Hospital (The Landing) the doctor and the entire team were so supportive. My dog is a 120 pounds and he’s extremely nervous. To calm down a dog of his size its difficulty but the staff nail it. They also provided a lot of emotional support to me and help me with my baby during the whole appointment. So glad to have a reliable and professional vet close to us.

What like about this pet hospital good price I spent about $700 for My dog Nala but it worth it now she update on her shots and more it ok love my big baby
