I loved this location. Just moved to the east valley & needed to find a banfield for my cat. For sure making this location our new spot. My cat has mega colon. We’ve seen countless vets over the years. Not one of them have ever suggested half of what the vet here mentioned. We have my boy on the proper combination of medicine now. The vet was very kind and communicated throughly with me. Felt like she was really in the little guys corner. When I expressed concern about something I was told by one other vet, she dug through records and gave me an answer. To me that spoke volumes and really made me feel like my cat was in good hands. We’ve only visited one time but the staff left a very positive impression on me for providing above and beyond care for my cat. Thank you !!! Providing a picture of the healthy and happy little guy.

Environment and Services:

Banfield Pet Hospital provides veterinary care, including diagnoses, treatments, and medication prescriptions. They offer various services, but customer experiences indicate variations in service quality depending on the specific needs of the pet owner.

Features and Expertise:

The hospital offers standard veterinary services. Some staff members are recognized for their thoroughness and dedication, particularly in diagnosing and treating complex conditions like mega colon. One veterinarian was praised for their detailed approach, researching past records and suggesting new treatment plans. However, experiences with specialized services, such as USDA travel certificates, show that the hospital may not always be the most efficient or cost-effective option.

Promotional Information and Customer Feedback:

Customer reviews present a mixed view. One customer had a highly positive experience, praising the veterinarian's comprehensive approach to treating their cat's mega colon. They appreciated the thorough communication, the veterinarian's dedication to researching past records, and the effective treatment plan. This customer felt their cat was in good hands and expressed a strong desire to make this location their primary veterinary care provider. Conversely, another customer had a negative experience when seeking USDA travel certificates. They found the hospital unwilling to see their pets because they weren't existing patients and quoted a significantly higher price than another local veterinarian who provided excellent service. This review highlights potential limitations in specialized services and suggests that the hospital's pricing may not always be competitive. The reviews show that while the hospital provides excellent care for some pet medical needs, they may not be the optimal choice for all services. Potential clients should consider their specific needs and research other options for specialized services.

Tried to see a USDA vet for certificates for travel outside of the US. they first wouldn't see my pets because I wasn't a patient there. Then they quoted a price $100 more then the vet i used. TRILOGY VET in Chandler. Was amazing. I had certificates that afternoon. Banfield sucks

It’s FILTHY. It’s a good clinic, my dog loves the staff and the staff is always excited to see her. You can hear the intake nurse walk her back and nurses start a commotion that my dogs here, but they don’t ever clean the exam rooms. Every time I’m here no matter the room or the time of day, they are all dirty with trash on the floor and the desk COVERED in dust. It’s gross what gets on my dogs coat from laying on the ground while we wait for the doctor. Knowing staff at other banfield clinics, they are supposed to clean and mop after everyday.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET!!! All that this office is here for is to upsell you during a time when you need the honest truth about your pet's medical condition They held my dog for 10 hours for a dental cleaning. Then tried to tell me she had a broken tooth. They lie to get your money. Please go anywhere else!! I reported their practice to the Arizona State of Veterinary Medicine for review.

Yesterday I made an appointment for this afternoon on their website because my dog has a UTI. Someone reached out to me at 7am today asking if I could bring her in between 8am-9am today because the appointment I made "doesn't exist." If it doesn't exist why did the website let me make the appointment, and why did no one reach out to me until an hour before they wanted me to bring her in?? Terrible service. I won't be rescheduling my appointment.
