Banfield Pet Hospital

They always take great care of my little dog Pippin. She relaxes with them so I know she trusts them. I can tell they really care. I highly recommend Banfield at Centennial. The staff is the best.

Dr. Adams is absolutely wonderful! We had to take our sick dog here (we were not regular patients), and he took amazing care of us. He never tried to push us into anything, he just gave us all the information he had and was there to answer our endless questions. It’s obvious that he not only excels at his job, but he genuinely cares for animals!

Banfield in Centennial Hills customer service is ridiculous disrespectful to my family and my baby Kane. When I tried to make a appointment and get my baby medications I was told today 11/08/24 that we can not bring Kane back their. The manager never called me back on the issues I had with their representative. I have had issues with this location for the past 15 years. We had to take my other baby Symba to Summerlin location which was awesome and really patient with my baby Symba. Symba passed away. I have baby Kane which is 3 years old. Ones again we could never speak with a supervisor for this location. Teresa is the person who is telling us we can't get our baby refill at this location which he has 3 refills at the Centennial location. Teresa is the person I spoke with months ago and again today who said that we are no longer to come back to this location which is fine. I rather deall with another location at this point. All we wanted is my baby refill. Centennial location fromm all of the reviews is not a good place to take your pets to.

I used this Banfield for a couple visits for my two elderly dogs. A few days ago while the office was closed, my dog had a major seizure, stroke, or possibly other major neurological issue overnight. After speaking to an emergency vet and making the determination to make her comfortable and come to my normal vet in the morning, I called Banfield with my situation, and was told that they would find a way to squeeze me in given the circumstance. Additionally I had requested that due to the nature of the issue and due to the fact that it could have been a serious bacterial infection of her middle ear, I requested that they at least help me get some antibiotics to see if there was any improvement, and to at least try to make her more comfortable. Not only did they say they could not help me with the antibiotics, when I called back after leaving work early as previously discussed with the representative, they unfortunately reneged their offer of getting me in same day, and left me in a position where I once again had to try and find an emergency vet. This made my pet suffer an additional 24 hours for no reason because of a representative falsely telling me that they could get me in. It feels like Banfield is policy before pet. If you want real care that is not being provided by a big corporation that does not allow their staff to do anything to help your animal in a time of need, go somewhere else. The vet in this office is very kind, the staff was very kind, but they were not accommodating. They are too busy to really give personalized care. I ended up going to an urgent vet here in town and they provided me immediate service, at a fair price and with a much more caring and understanding nature. Less policy. More pet care. Thankfully, my pet is improving, the antibiotics appear to be working, and at this point I am just highly disappointed in banfield's performance in this situation. 👎👎

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for the past 17 years and all of them have been well taken care of. And the care they gave us when we had to put our oldest girl down after being with us for 21 years was amazing. I am grateful they have shown our pets patience, love and empathy all these years. Cali and Lola aren’t the easiest to deal with but they are treated amazingly and kept warm and together during their check ups and treatments which is a big deal since it is a scary time and place for them.. our boy BB is carried to keep his anxiety down as well now he is easier to handle since he’s older. Gg and Sweetie have been helped very well although Gg can get a little protective of her little sister. All in all this is one of the best Vet clinics for my family. Thank you Durango Banfield
