I absolutely love the team here! Every staff member has been so welcoming, caring, and knowledgeable. The place is kept clean and tidy. They really focus on your pet and your wishes instead of just making money. My dog gets extremely nervous when around strangers without me, but they are very patient with him despite his non-stop cries and refusing to walk with them 馃槄 I can't recommend Banfield Westmimster enough!

I wanted to say all of the providers are wonderful. We have 4 dogs at this time and many before. I am pretty sure all have helped us at different times. The front desk help works their hardest to get our pets in if there is an emergency. I want to shout out to Travis . Today he held onto my 100+ lb pup while I checked out. It was very much appreciated. This office is so busy , but you would never know it to look at it. It鈥檚 clean and tidy in the lobby and in the patient rooms. With how busy it is one may think you would be rushed, but that is not the case. Sometimes there is a wait , but that is what happens sometimes. I have observed how kind the front desk people are to those calling in and to those that are in person. Thanks Banfield ! I鈥檓 sure I鈥檒l see you again soon.

I've been bringing my dog here for years, and we had opted out of our plan when we left the area. Ever since we came back though it's been less then pleasant, there also seems to be a shortage of vet techs. everytime I call or even in person asking any questions past the information the vet provides, seems to be a nuisance. The ladies at the front desk are nice and friendly though This just used to be a very comfortable place for my dog and I, we used to be able to come in and I'd be able to attend the whole appointment with him. Now it seems to be drop offs only anymore. I truly hope they go back to how they were prior to Covid, the puppy plan they have is very helpful, especially for new dog owners.

Normally don鈥檛 write reviews but this is ridiculous. I have had my one cat fat shamed because he鈥檚 stocky ( he鈥檚 10 1/2 pound) bothered with do you want an insurance plan multiple times per visit. I鈥檝e also been ignored about what I want and have had them separate all my cat鈥檚 vaccination timelines so non overlap. When I brought in another one of my cats after he had gotten out of my home I asked them to test him for feline HIV and leukemia and was told they wouldn鈥檛 do it. I鈥檓 a very understanding person but it鈥檚 getting to be to much will be finding a new vet
