would never recommend using them as they are not worth the hassle. I had rescued a 3 week old kitten. They said I could bring her in for a free check to make sure she was OK. I did that and when I got there I was tolled she is so young that they can't give her any medication or do anything till she was older. I had planned on keeping her but I found out the next day that I could were I was renting. I called the next morning stated I had to give her to the shelter were the shelter was and to cancel the program that I was going to use threw them. The kitten plan. They said it was canceled and sorry to her you couldn't keep her. I got charged the 89 dollars for the first month even tho I called wirh in 4 days as stated I had to to cancel with no charges. Now A year later I get a collections company saying i ow them 839 for the hole year for something I never used and had been tolled was canceled. I bet they do this to a lot of people and now looks bad on my credit and they say their is noting they can do I have to dispute it threw a 3rd party a collections agent who just wants money and gives you a bunch of bs and trying to say I didn't cancel it rite. Banfield has caused me stress and anxiety over something I didn't need now in my life for something I never used. I will and recommend to anyone be carfull with them.

I’m very happy with the wellness plan. Knowing how important it is to have my dogs preventative dental cleaning as well as vaccinations and flea and tick and heartworm protection. Also, I like that I have unlimited visits and I can contact them anytime.

The people at Banfield are the best. I feel like I have the only dog that literally jumps in the car when I say we're going to the doctor! The girls at reception are wonderful, and they treat Luna like their own. I never get an attitude or a problem. The vets are great, and always talk to you, give you tips and information, and treat my 136 pound malamute as if she was their own.

My fur baby, Kody was a patient at Banfield from 4 months to 11 years old. He recently passed away from cancer. Overall, Kody's care at Banfield was good. It was the process of having to say goodbye to my baby that was made all the more difficult by what I felt to be insensitive treatment by some of the staff in the days leading up to and even the day of Kody being put to sleep. With death being an inevitable factor, I suppose sometimes it becomes easy to be detached from it. But for the pet parents, it is life shattering. My hope is that this feedback will be taken as constructive criticism and improvements made so that other pet parents do not have to go through the same experience.

Pet Hospital
