This place and everyone who works here are just the ABSOLUTE BEST! I was traveling overseas with my dog which requires an international pet health certificate. Although the process is lengthy and challenging, the staff here especially Vicki and Dr G were just pure rockstars!!! We were in contact so much and they made the entire experience so much easier than I thought it would be. They know their stuff and are experts but also compassionate people. I am eternally grateful for their help and support. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

Worst experience, In a few situations, the appointment expectations were not fulfilled because minor reasons are given not to Follow through or try harder to complete the visit. Customer service a 0. Because I have expressed my concerns respectfully retaliation is at its finest.

All three of my dogs go to Banfield. They are not only kind but supportive. My one dog went through extensive heartworm treatment and still wagged his tail walking. My new rescue puppy had a parasite and they took him in the day I called as a drop off and he was able to get the care he needed. Dr Gallicchio and her team treat every animal as their own.

The staff is just awesome. I have Cookie on the wellness plan. I use the Simperica trio so the monthly cost is a little pricey but worth the peace of mind.
