This staff is very unorganized and incompetent. The veterinarian is very rude and inconsiderate. I made an appointment a month ago and drove 25 minutes to drop my kitten off and they told me I had to wait an hour and didn’t give an explanation. If you needed me to wait an hour why didn’t you call to reschedule? This is a HUGE waste of time and if I could give zero stars I would. I do not recommend this garbage.

Banfield Pet Hospital offers a comprehensive range of veterinary services to address various aspects of your pet's health. Routine wellness exams are a cornerstone of their preventative care approach. These check-ups allow the veterinary team to monitor your pet's overall health, detect potential issues early, and provide necessary vaccinations and parasite prevention. Vaccinations are crucial for protecting pets from common and potentially life-threatening diseases, and Banfield offers tailored vaccination schedules based on your pet's age, lifestyle, and risk factors. Parasite prevention, including flea, tick, and heartworm control, is also emphasized to keep your pet healthy and comfortable.
In addition to preventative care, Banfield Pet Hospital is equipped to handle a variety of medical conditions and offers diagnostic services to accurately assess your pet's health concerns. This may include laboratory testing (such as blood work, urinalysis, and fecal exams), digital radiography (X-rays) to visualize internal structures, and other advanced imaging techniques when necessary. These diagnostic tools help the veterinary team in identifying the underlying causes of illness or injury, leading to more effective treatment plans.

Apr 02, 2025 · Charles WhiteI GIVE MY FIVE STARS ONLY FOR DR. SEO AND HIS ASSISTANT HEATHER!!!! I'm taking the time to write this review to highlight two amazing people I encountered today, 4/5/2025, at Banfield Pet Hospital in Paramus. DR. SEO and his assistant HEATHER were SIMPLY WONDERFUL! I've been bringing my Labrador, Bruno to Banfield for many years, and never have my pet and I had such a wonderful experience. Dr. Seo was incredibly thorough and genuine, and he had so much patience answering all my concerns. My pet was so much happier than any other time I've brought him to Banfield for regular visits. I encourage you to keep such stellar staff. Banfield needs more people like Dr. Seo and Heather. Heather was so friendly and warm, and you can tell from her personality that she truly cares. We, the parents of our Labrador Bruno, are so happy today with the service provided by these amazing individuals like Dr. Seo and Heather. Dr. Seo and Heather, if you are reading this, please know that we hope to see you again KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK! Love Bruno, Linette & Nelson
Apr 05, 2025 · Nelson D'CostaDr.O and the staff that assists her are wonderful. They took amazing care of my pup during his surgery and throughout his recovery. Very thankful!!
Mar 07, 2025 · Sabrina Subhit MPH, RDNI usually have a positive experience but the last few times I took my pet this hospital and certain vet Aide always tells me to take my dog in a room so he doesn't make other dogs bark. There was a dog there who had anxiety issues yet I was told to take my dog in another room. I have a Jack Russell terrier who is friendly but gets excited when he sees other dogs which normal. I guess this Aide either has an issue with me or she doesn't like dogs barking. I stated I wasn't taking my dog in another room so the other dog wouldn't bark or get upset. I was there to drop off my dog for his annual visit. I don't see why me and my dog have to go in another room just to make another dog or pet comfortable. There were other pets present and my dog was not unruly. I really don't appreciate the unprofessional behavior from that Aide. Also another woman who works there stated she needed my credit card information on file which I thought was weird considering I have been bringing my pet to this establishment for a few years. They should have my credit card information already. They bill me monthly. 🤔
Jun 26, 2024 · Dozzet GarciaI have an issue when I can’t get an appointment in less then a month for a comprehensive exam. Two months because they only have one doctor on site. But they quick to charge your card on a monthly payment. SMH had to take my golden doodle elsewhere to diagnose he had an allergy issue. I can’t wait until his 6 month contract is up.
