Extremely pleased with my visit today! I brought my dog in for a checkup due to an injury, and the staff here was so patient, friendly, and informative. Everyone gave my pup lots of positive attention and belly rubs. My dog with anxiety felt so at ease that she didn’t even flinch when she received a shot. Jen in particular made our experience here very positive! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoughtfully. Highly recommend this location in particular!

Based on the customer reviews, experiences at this Banfield location seem to vary. One customer reported an "extremely pleased" visit, highlighting the patience, friendliness, and informativeness of the staff. They specifically mentioned a staff member named Jen who was knowledgeable and made their dog, who suffers from anxiety, feel at ease during a check-up and even a shot. This positive feedback suggests a caring environment where staff prioritize both the pet's comfort and the owner's understanding.

In contrast, another review expressed significant dissatisfaction, suggesting that the level of care was akin to an "internship" and that it resulted in wasted time and money, ultimately requiring a visit to another veterinary practice. This reviewer criticized the staff's competence and recommended seeking care from a "real vet." However, it's important to note that this same reviewer later added an update stating they "Spoke with a manager from Banfield and he took care of me in response to my issue," indicating that the management addressed their concerns, although the specifics of how the issue was resolved are not detailed.

You’re better off spending x2-3 at a real vet than this internships worth of staff. They just ended up wasting a lot of my time and money and then you have to go somewhere else because they don’t know how to do their job correctly. Waste of time, money, and painful experience for me and my dog. Shoutout to Dr. Hall and her team for making it possible to waste as much time as possible for me in the process along with the three other Banfields I’ve been to over the course of my decade as a member. Highly recommend a pet plan as well as pet insurance and get set up with people who know what they’re doing. **Spoke with a manager from Banfield and he took care of me in response to my issue**

We have been going to this Banfield location for about 2 years now and I continue to just be so thankful for Dr. Rondeau and her staff! We have quite the anxious pup when it comes to the vet. Most vets in the past have been dismissive and showed their annoyance when it comes to how scared and crazy our girl Gracie gets when at the vet. From the first visit, Dr. Rondeau has been patient with us and has worked her way towards building trust with Gracie. The vet has always been a very stressful experience for us so we are so thankful that Dr. Rondeau and her staff make us feel welcome!

During the darkest times for my dog Banfield made it easier for her. They made accepting the end of life much more comfortable. It went from no appointment to the most help I think we could’ve had at this difficult time.
