I took Angel, my Yorkie Poo, to Banfield for her dental cleaning and check up. Unfortunately, she has to be put under anesthesia for the cleaning but I know it's worth it. We had a Spitz that lived 15 years over weight with a tumor, allergies, arthritis, and thyroid disease because he was on the Banfield program and I took him for everything he was entitled to on the program. He had all his shots, heart worm and flea prevention, and when he passed away, he had all his teeth but his belly was huge and painful from the tumor. We cried and still cry over him. The staff loved my Stinky and some of them cried too. They are like family to my fur babies and treat them with respect the way I would treat them. Dr Corley is my favorite veterinarian because she's helped me through some stuff but there are a lot of good humans up there, believe it or not! 馃榿 I highly recommend them for your babies too. It has been the best thing I ever did for my babies.

However, it's important to acknowledge that other customer experiences differ. Some reviews express concerns about potential upselling of medications and distrust in the management regarding billing practices. The vets here are to upsell you all type of medications that your pup really doesn't need; all they care is about rising the sells so they can get their bonus? You can't even trust the manager of this location she'll tell you one thing and do another completely out of the agreement so that they call bill you. Be aware and stay away from this professional thieves!

Love the care given to my dogs. I'm on my 3rd rescue dog in the past 15 years, and they all have had their care primary care here. The wellness plan is so worth the effort. Arden location.

I will never bring my dog back to this place. I don鈥檛 remember the vet that saw us. But she thought my dog was too skinny and came at me and my wife like we were abusing him with this accusatory tone. This photo was taken right after the appointment. I love my dog and think he looks great! And we take good care of him and he gets a lot of exercise. So her tone was bull. And if she thought he needed some extra weight she could have said so like a normal person. Not act as if the dog is being neglected. As you can see he is healthy and definitely not malnourished.
