The Hamilton location offers excellent customer service. Ashley at the front desk not only accommodated me despite my late arrival but was also very helpful throughout the visit. Dr. Kotb was exceptional. Her genuine love for animals was evident in her interactions with both the pets and their owners. I would give the Hamilton location a 5-star rating.

Genuinely unsatisfied with the service my cat received here. Upon calling for an appointment, I told them that he had gotten out (he's strictly an indoor cat) and now has a runny eye and a pretty bad cough. Upon picking him up, (they only had drop-off appointments available) I was told that he had to be given gabapentin, which is odd since he didn't have any issues with his last appointment. They also failed to call me and ask me if use of this was okay and explain that it would come at an additional cost. They also diagnosed him with conjunctivitis. When I asked about his persistent sneezing, they claimed he didn't sneeze at all, which again was very odd since he constantly did it at home. Upon picking him up I inquired about signing up for the wellness plan to help with the cost and was told no, but I could sign-up at his check-up appointment the following week as if that makes a difference? Mostly likely just a money grab from this facility. My cat is now sneezing more than ever 2 days later because their vet did not properly diagnose him. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location nor Bainfield Pet Hospital again.

I love Bandfield, most locations are very professional, caring and informative. But the Hamilton Office should be closed. They are useless! Twice in the last year and a half I needed an appointment for my dog for a medical problem. They never answered the phone and the never returned a call from a message left. Today I walked in to get a refill on a prescription that written by a my normal Bandfield veterinary who is 35 miles away. Hamilton told me they wouldn’t refill the prescription because the veterinarian didn’t feel comfortable because they didn’t write the prescription. I guess this veterinarian thinks to much of themself. So much for being in a network of veterinarians that can pull up files from another location. If I could give a lower rating for this location I would.

I want to express the terrible experience I had with this clinic and Dr. Raborn Who was apparently responsible for my cats care. I dropped off my 9 month old kitten at the clinic as she was having severe symptoms. She was lethargic, hiding, not eating and in overall distress. I made it clear to the staff she was unwell. Later, I received a call to inform me that she was in good health and they claimed her breathing was fine, her heart sounded good and they saw no concerns with her health. I insisted to run more tests and That I was sure she was not well considering i am around her at all times and she was very obviously not in good shape. I was charged $500 for the visit on top of having insurance through them, not even one hour after picking her up my cats condition worsened I had to rush her to the emergency animal hospital Where she was diagnosed with fluid in her lungs and a blood clot in her heart within 24 hours my cat passed away. She was only nine months old. I feel that Dr. Raborn is not a Dr. And couldn’t care less about our pets conditions. If you love your pet do not risk going here, it’s not worth losing your baby over.

I had the BEST experience with my dog here. I have a golden retriever and they always butcher his haircut. But Maria did a phenomenal job! She was so patient and gave him the best cut he has ever had! You can tell she loves what she does! Thank you!
