The hospital is fine. The OWP they sell you on are scams. Says they give discounts for multi pet plans. I've had these plans for years and never seen and type of discount for having multiple pets enrolled. They refuse to refill a prescription they prescribed until I complete another $300 test that is not covered under the plan. One month they have this condition another month they have the exact opposite condition. Unsure about this place. I used to love the vets here but they seem to have a skeleton 馃拃 crew everytime I'm there. I will NOT be renewing any of my pets OWP.

Mar 22, 2025 路 Andrew BerryBanfield has been taking care of my 16 yr old kitty since she was 3 days old. They love all animals and give the BEST care. 鉂わ笍 Here's my girl enjoying a sunbeam while waiting for her bloodwork results to come back.
Jul 08, 2024 路 Penny MagasI brought my dog in for a routine check up. The doctor asked if I had any concerns. I expressed concern for two issues that I wanted them to check out. They asked if I could leave him so they could do an XRay and a biopsy. This was 10:00 in the morning. They told me he would be done by noon. 3:30 rolls around and I have to call there to see if he is ready. They told me he was good to go. I went in to pick him up and instantly noticed he was not walking right. I put him in the car and he started falling over. I got out of the car to see what was wrong with him. I noticed his back paw was buckling. I immediately picked him back up and brought him back in. The tech said they hadn't noticed that before. The doctor came in and said there is a slight chance that they hit a nerve, but she knows that possibility was extremely low and it was more likely from when they manipulated it during the XRay. They asked if we could leave him another 2 1/2 hours for observation. I left him, really not wanting to since no one seemed to know what happened, how were they going to treat the injury if they didn't know what they did? But, I left him. I came back the 2 1/2 hours later and noticed right off the bat that he had a huge knot on his paw (there was no knot before). The tech and the doctor said they didn't notice that while he was there (how did they not notice if they were observing him for the last 2 1/2 hours?) The tech then says, "well, we noticed he has been standing on his buckled paw" !!!! If you noticed it, why in the world would you let him continue to stand on it knowing it was already injured!!! Again, no answers to why this happened, just a "we gave him emergency steroids and it seems to be helping". They sent him home, unable to walk on his own. They told me they would call the next day to give me the results and check on him. The next day a tech calls, not a doctor, or the doctor who injured him, but a tech who says the results won't pull up, sorry can I call back the next day. Seriously?!?! Nothing about how is your dog? Is he walking yet? Nope...nothing. I had to wait almost 2 weeks to get those results. Here we are 3 weeks later and my dog is still struggling to walk. I have to carry him up and down all steps, he can't jump, and he has terrible leg weakness, to the point that his back leg just "slides" away from him. Definitely don't take your dog here!!! And I wouldn't purchase the Optimum Wellness Plan or your stuck with bad care for the year!
Sep 18, 2024 路 Tanya JohnsonHad a great first time experience taking my doggie Herbo over there. Amanda was beyond amazing, she was so gentle and patient with us even though my dog was anxious. She answered all my questions and overall we had such a great experience. Its always nice to encounter people that have a great passion for what they do and we will be returning.
