Mar 04, 2025 路 di calandrielloI just really want to thank the front staff that was working this past saturday nov 9th, I wish I would鈥檝e gotten her name. I called in first thing in the morning hoping to get a same day appt for my sick baby(which I know is usually impossible because they are usually really booked), she informed me they were in fact all booked but still asked me what was going on. After explaining the situation she placed me on a hold and said she would ask the Dr. to see if there is anyway they could squeeze her in, to which the Dr. accepted馃檹馃徏 Thank you Dr. Pachner and staff for taking the time to care for my sick pup!

Jun 27, 2024 路 G MTHEY KILLED MY LITTLE MAN!! I noticed my little pugs mouth looked strange so I too him here the doctor said he was fine and sent him home. I took him back 3 days later and saw a different doctor because his mouth was so swollen. They said the first vet was only covering. The 2nd vet gave him some anti flammitory medicine and said bring him back in 2 weeks well after 2 days I noticed the medication they gave was for itcy skin after calling my minnesota vet. Went back, got the corrected medicine, while being charged again. Three days later not better so I called specialist. My poor baby had cancer that spreads quickly on dogs. She said if they had caught the first time, we could have removed it but to much time had past. So yes the vets here at this location are either overworked or just incompetent. I go with incompetent since 2 different ones saw my little guy. So, PLEASE FIND A VET THAT CARES BECAUSE THEY AREN'T QUALIFIED TO WORK ON YOUR BABY
