Dr Volz is a great vet! She talked through all possible reasons for my cat’s mysterious puking, actually explained her thinking and reasoning for getting certain tests done, and gave me great suggestions to try at home. Her suggestions worked too, my cat is doing much better! - one star because my first visit was a drop-off situation, which I was not made aware of prior to the visit. I didn’t even know that was a thing, but now I know to ask

Nov 10, 2023 · Sandra A.I reached out to Banfield due to a move (and a long drive) as I needed to get my 2 cats’ vaccinations up to date and I also wanted to give them a sedative for the long drive. I had explained that one of my cats was a rescue cat and was extremely difficult to handle in stressful situations but the people working here put me at ease. Needless to say, my cat did give them a hard time but I was able to pick up both cats in a couple of hours and hit the road with them, stress-free. Thanks to this location and for them being super-accommodating; I would highly recommend any pet owner to bring their pet here.
