I’ve been taking my puppy here since she was only 5 months old and I’ve had the best experience! All the techs are so friendly and helpful, my puppy is obsessed with them🤗 all the doctors we have worked are so professional and kind. We have the care plan and I’ve saved so much on vaccines and visits alone. If you have a puppy I would definitely look into the care plans! I highly recommend this Banfield :)

My sweet girl has been sick a few days now and the team at Banfield were amazing to get her scheduled in for a visit the next day. Dr. Forster and everyone else at the facility were SO wonderful to work with, diagnosing my dog’s illness and providing instructions and medicine for her treatment. They truly helped ease my anxiety! Thank you all!

Penny is the best groomer and makes Hugo look fantastic. Penny understands all of the many things about Hugo and makes him comfortable and calm. It is a very positive experience for all.

Checking in needs to be improved. This has always been a problem at this location. I love the vets here and they always treat my dogs with kindness. If you have care credit get ready for a wait. I once waited 45 minutes for it to go through and recently they had to write my care credit number down. They called me back to verify my driver's license info. Yeah that wasn't the best experience. Also it's hard getting an appointment especially when you have more than one pet. They force you to use an app but it times you out. By the time you get in, all the slots are gone. Basically it's a mixed bag. Good vets, front desk not so great, care credit situation sucks, taking care of your pet excellent. Having an appointment helps just don't get there ten minutes early. There's a lot of turn over so I've had good and bad experiences here. It just depends who's on staff to be quite honest.

The staff at Banfield on Colorado Blvd at Alameda are so awesome. My boo, my pet was very well cared for and he came home calm like he'd been at the dog day care, no stress and content. The vet told me my options and they were right on with boo's diagnosis. The staff are efficient and so caring for the fur nation!
