Every time my pet (Ryder) has an appointment they notify me and I can set up the appointment through the app, it’s so easy to use and self explanatory. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and Ryder feels so comfortable (even though she eats all their treats.) They explain everything and always give you options to the outcome of things.

I have been a customer with Banfield in Countryside side for 13 yrs. Despite changes over the years with Veterinarians, Technicians and Management. We had two of our favorite caring Veterinarians leave over the course of time. I'm delighted Manju & Anya now have a caring Veterinarian. Someone who I can share my concerns and takes the time to listen, attentively. Dr. Alison Kutska you are Pawsome!!!

I think Banfield animal hospital is a joke. The vet techs are scared of big dogs and look for any reason not to have to work on big dogs. I would go to a neighborhood vet because this place doesn't know how to service pets. They are only interested in selling you medical services and procedures you don't really need.
